Lovely fine art , large Crystal geods. Soaring 18’ ceilings with lush trees and foliage, makes this an exquisite getaway for winter snowbirds.
There are 2 great parks for hiking, basketball, tennis , pickle ball and dog play. Troon Golf Course ( world class) is just halfway down the hill.
Across the street are stores , a bank, gas station, convenience store 24/7, a Walgreen's and restaurants. All within walking distance.
The home is a 2 bedroom with an office, 2.5 bathrooms. Master bath has river rock reflexology shower floor … a zen experience . There’s a very safe, private, lush backyard w waterfall/small (non heated) pool, BBQ and a fire pit.
I was 5 star Super host at other networks. Crystal geodes and fine art , great music collection and 200+ books. I provide my guests w healthy salads, flower arrangements and other surprises.

I bought this property years ago before relocating from the Cleveland suburbs. I looked at so many homes on my trips out here. My sister and little nieces lived in Sedona so I was out here several times a year. Troon offers an extraordinary higher elevation landscape. When I walked through the front door of this home , with its soaring 18 ft ceilings, I knew I was home. I made a full offer to the seller within a half hour.
