Lovely well maintained and recently refurbished finca with a beautiful swimming pool close to the popular village of Son Macia. You will find local restaurants and shops within a maximum of 2 minutes drive and many beaches within 15 minutes drive.



Outside with a large 10m x 5m wide pool, surrounded by lawn, you will be able to swim laps and enjoy with your family or friends, then relax on one of the sun loungers, on one of the 2 surrounding rockers, walk barefoot or lie on the perfectly cut lawn by our owner will be pleasurable. There is a covered dining area next to the pool and 2 other outdoor tables where you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue (there is a portable and a built-in barbecue).



The interior of the villa will enchant you, a high quality rustic space will envelop you in a state of peace and relaxation that you are looking forward to on your well-deserved holiday. On entering, on the left is the living-dining room, with sofas, TV and dining table that can be extended for up to 8 people, and a door leading to the first bedroom, spacious, with a comfortable double bed. To the right of the entrance, through an archway, is the kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and another table for 6 people and a full bathroom with bathtub. Before the stairs there is a pantry.



Upstairs, there is another glazed living room, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and the second bathroom, complete with shower, and there is room to sit on the upper terrace and enjoy the views.

The house is located in a rural setting, on a large plot of land near the village of Son Macia, about 6 km from Manacor, where you can stroll through the old town, go shopping or eat at one of the cafes or restaurants in the area. The Rafa Nadal Academy is about 7 km away. The romantic east coast offers good bathing opportunities with its fantastic beaches. The beautiful fishing villages of Porto Cristo or Portocolom and coves such as Cala Romàntica, Cala Varques or Cala Murada are worth a visit.

Maria and Lorenzo were great hosts. Very welcoming at arrival carefully showing us around the house and handing out cold drinks. House and pool was beautiful and the grill area was a great oasis to relax and have a late evening with your company.

I was absolutely delighted with my stay! The location is fantastic – peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and honestly, even better in person! The place was spotlessly clean, and the pool was lovely. We also really appreciated the convenient parking right at the house. What made the experience even better were the incredibly kind and hospitable hosts who made us feel truly welcome. We were extremely satisfied with everything and would gladly visit again!

The house has a lot of character, it’s a real jewel. Very secluded with lots of privacy. Communication was very good, the owners are such lovely people, they were most welcoming and even brought us farewell gifts. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Would definitely come again.

Die wunderschöne und ruhige Lage, die besondere Atmosphäre der Finca sowie die herzliche und persönliche Gastfreundschaft von Maria und Lorenzo haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Man merkt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in die Unterkunft gesteckt wird. Lediglich bei sehr hohen Temperaturen wäre eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit zur Kühlung, beispielsweise durch eine Klimaanlage, eine schöne Ergänzung für den ohnehin sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Maria und Lorenzo waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir sind am ersten Tag sehr spät angekommen und sie haben uns einfach noch was zum Essen vorbeigebracht. Das war so lieb. Es hat alles super gepasst und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war viel größer als erwartet und der Pool ein Traum.

Tolle Finca mit einem wunderschönen Garten und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maria und Lorenzo sind sehr freundliche und liebenswürdige Gastgeber.

Großzügige Finca in idyllischer Lage

Rund 10 Minuten per Auto von Manacor in ruhiger Lage, sehr geräumige Finca mit den liebevollen Besitzern Maria und Lorenzo, die sich sehr kümmern (allerdings nur spanisch sprechen). Die Einrichtung ist stellenweise etwas kitschig und verspielt, aber alles ist sehr sauber, es gibt genügend Handtücher, Geschirr, Stühle, Tische etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und unsere Zeit genossen. WLAN-Empfang ist nur direkt am bzw. im Haus möglich, am Pool schon nicht mehr. Auch das Handynetz mit 3G ist rund um das Haus sehr schlecht, so dass man telefonisch kaum erreichbar ist. Auf der Terrasse und am Pool ist es teilweise sehr windig.

Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und bietet eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Sie ist super ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Besonders die schön gestaltete Poolarea hat uns sehr gefallen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war, dass wir keinen Handyempfang hatten und das WLAN nur im Haus gut funktionierte – im Garten leider kaum. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen für den täglichen Bedarf.

Die Finca entsprach der Beschreibung. Der Garten-Aussen-Poolbereich sind wirklich toll. Liebevoll, sauber direkt an Feldern, Blick auf die Berge. Maria und Lorenzo sind wahre Herzen. Ja Sie sprechen ausschließlich spanisch, mit Händen, Füssen und Übersetzungsapp alles gut machbar und so nett- das ist defintiv ein Herzstern wert. Sie haben uns Obst und Gemüse vom Feld gebracht, am letzten Abend nochmal besucht- toll. Die Finca ist tiptop sauber. Man benötigt jedoch auch alle Grundausstattungen wie Kaffee,Salz,Pfeffer,Öl....nur für den ersten Weg zum Eroski ne Info. :) Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Nähe zur Landstrasse. Ab morgens hört man schon den Verkehr und da wir aufgrund der fehlenden Klima die Fenster offen haben mussten hat uns das gestört. Sonst schön, gemütlich, original und so erholsam. Auch die Kommunikation mit Joan war ne 5++++. Sofort geschrieben, gekümmert und geklärt. Super nett.

Prima ruim huis, wat heel vervelend was dat je daar geen bereik hebt voor je mobiel. Geen airco daardoor was het zeer warm in het huis..dat zou wel een meerwaarde hebben.Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren..in het zwembad zat te veel algenverdelgmiddel waar door iedereen groen haar had. Muchas gracias por dedicar tiempo a compartir su experiencia. Nos alegra saber que, a pesar de los inconvenientes, han podido disfrutar de sus vacaciones en nuestra casa. Nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos: la vivienda está anunciada sin aire acondicionado, por lo que la temperatura en los meses más calurosos puede resultar elevada. En cuanto a la piscina, durante su estancia los niveles de cloro y pH se encontraban dentro de los parámetros adecuados. El tono verdoso en el cabello suele deberse al uso combinado de ciertos productos como cremas solares en contacto con el agua tratada. Agradecemos igualmente sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a mejorar y a ofrecer una estancia lo más cómoda posible a nuestros huéspedes.

Die Finca Can Suave ist einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist wunderschön, der Garten sehr gepflegt und der Pool ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen und für die Kinder zum Spielen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Maria und Lorenzo sind wundervolle Gastgeber, die sich herzlich um alles kümmern und immer ansprechbar sind. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Wir haben hier unsere Weihnachtsfeiertage verbracht. Die beiden Gastgeber Maria und Lorenzo haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns das Haus und das Grundstück gezeigt. Bei Problemen waren Juan bzw. Maria und Lorenzo schnell erreichbar. Das Grundstück ist wirklich ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen in der Sonne gefrühstückt! Für den schönen Pool ist es im Dezember leider zu kalt, aber dafür kann natürlich niemand etwas.

Super sauberer Pool mit vielen Liegemöbeln unglaublich viel Ausstattung in Küche und auch Garten.

wundervolles, top ausgestattetes Haus sehr ruhiges und privates Haus in der Nähe einen süßen kleinen Ortes. wunderschöner Außenbereich und tolle Terrasse. Super sauberer Pool mit vielen Liegemöbeln unglaublich viel Ausstattung in Küche und auch Garten. Schlüssel wurde von einer netten älteren Dame übergeben (sprach nur Spanisch) Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig

Die Finca bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Maria und Lorenzo sind tolle Gastgeber, die sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste kümmern. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen auf der Finca Cica bei Son Macia

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen auf der Finca Cica bei Son Macia. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet genügend Platz für sechs Personen. Generell entspricht das Haus und die Ausstattung dem Exposé. Der Pool ist groß und war durchgängig sauber. Einziger Haken ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Für etwas Erfrischung haben die Standventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern gesorgt. Für uns war das allerdings nicht schlimm, da wir unseren Urlaub auf einer klassisch mallorkinen Finca verbringen wollten. Vor diesem Hintergrund blieben bei dem Haus keine Wünsche offen. Mit unseren Mietwägen konnten wir flexibel die nahegelegenen Strände wie bspw. Cala Mendia als auch Strände wie bspw. Cala Agulla problemlos erreichen. Hervorheben möchten wir die wundervollen Gastgeber und Hauseigentümer, Maria und Lorenzo, die sich herzlich um uns gekümmert haben und sich ganz auf auf unsere Reisedaten eingestellt haben. Zudem wurden wir noch mit frischem Gemüse beschenkt. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir wurden von Maria und Lorenzo sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und alles war sehr sauber. Der Pool war ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in Manacor und in Son Macia. nichts
