The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake, is only 200 meters away from the lake, easily accessible via a nice pedestrian path immersed in nature. There are multiple bars, cafes, restaurants, the beach, a water sports center, two bus stops, a SPAR supermarket, and a laundry service within 5 minutes of walking from the apartment.



You can also enjoy a lake view terrace complete with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining and sunbathing. There is an African designer bean bag for lounging outdoors or indoors.



The living area is equipped with a designer sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed, a designer table, designer chairs, a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, a Sonos One speaker, a wireless charging station for your phone, and the possibility to watch free movies via Netflix or Disney+ in your language.



The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a clothing rack.



The kitchen is attached to the living area and is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother, and a SMEG toaster, a SMEG kettle.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cups, glasses, and all the tools needed to cook.
