Outstanding host

Rachel was an outstanding host, excellent communication throughout. A beautiful home complete with every possible household amenity you could need (and more). The location is great too, with easy access to local walks, and it’s an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and its many attractions. Thank you, Rachel, for a fantastic stay at your place!

Pineapple Cottage

A beautiful cottage in an excellent location very close to Stow town and within easy reach of other places of interest in the Cotswolds. The cottage itself was furnished to a very high standard and felt very luxurious. The welcome basket and treats that were left for guests to enjoy were a lovely touch. As other reviews have mentioned, the property is located on a fairly busy road so you can hear cars passing by but this didn't impact on the enjoyment of our stay as we kept the windows closed. Overall, we would rate our stay at Pineapple cottage as excellent. Thank you!

Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds in a beatiful house

Perfect stay for a long weekend! Loved the decor of the house and all the little details. The house is in a perfect location from the usual suspects of sightseeing. Couldnt recommend more! Only tiny issue is we didnt have enough towels for some reason - i would expect more bathroom amenities (towels/robe/slippers) etc.

One of the best cottages in The Cotswolds - beautiful

Just the best cottage we have stayed in - everything from location, cleanliness, design, comfort, welcome pack, thoughtfulness - just the most beautiful property. It's expensive but when you get there you can see why. The detail in the design is stunning. Thank you to Rachel, the owner, who was in contact with us and ensured we enjoyed our stay - the best welcome pack was provided.

Fabulous spa retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds

I booked the Pineapple Spa Cottage as it looked so gorgeous in the photos and it was in a great location, right in the heart of the Cotswolds. My friend and I stayed for four nights and if anything our expectations were exceeded. It is a wonderful little gem of a cottage which has been beautiful restored . On arrival we found a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us and Rachel the owner was super helpful as we managed to lock ourselves out one morning. The cottage is superbly equipped and luxuriously decorated. It made our little break really special . I would definitely return and would highly recommend a stay.

A Perfectly Charming Cottage Getaway

My husband and I booked this cottage for my 30th birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cottage is absolutely charming and beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with all the essentials, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, and every room reflected a tasteful, cozy aesthetic that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is just a short drive from the lovely shops and cafes in Stow-on-the-Wold, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Do note that the road leading to the cottage gets quite dark at night, so having a car is essential as there are no amenities within walking distance. Overall, a wonderful experience - we would definitely return!

+ Exquisite and sympathetic (of the period) decor. + Above requirement supplementary supplies / welcome pack. + Truly home from home. + Owner made amazing effort to decorate for Christmas & New Year. + Dedicated parking spaces. - Front close to road (but can’t hear) - Slow internet.

A stunning cottage in perfect location

We were very impressed with this beautiful Cotswolds retreat. A pleasant walk into the centre of Stow and to a local friendly pub. Perfectly situated to visit other famous towns in the area by car. A very warm welcome was experienced on arrival. Just very slight difficulty finding it in the dark and I would encourage the owner to give the street name along with the Postcode. Other than that it was perfect in every way. Thank you

Fabulous higher end property

This place is unbelievable! Furnished with grace and style and with so many thoughtful details. Best vacation rental we've ever stayed in! I just wish they'd sent the code to access the property rather than making us take the initiative and have to try several times to reach the owner to get the code when we were ready to occupy the home. We never had to do that with other VRBO rentals. Minor flaw in an otherwise perfect vacation experience!

Charming Cottage

I recently stayed at this charming cottage, which was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The wood-burning stove and copper bathtub were both highlights. The owner was wonderful and highly responsive. A lovely welcome basket was provided, and soap was in each bathroom, but you should bring your own toiletries. One slight downside, which is of no fault of the owner, is that cars do speed down the road quite quickly and can be heard inside the retreat. This is only during the day and at bedtime it is quite quiet. One of the bedrooms does not face the street and is quieter than the other. Otherwise, cottage is in the perfect location to see most of the sites in the northern Cotswolds. I would stay here again.
