Villa Ottavia is on three floors. On the ground floor there are a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room and a full bathroom.
On the middle floor there are a sitting room with panoramic view on the garden and the swimming pool, embellished by the piano and another full bathroom.
On the upper floor, there is the sleeping area which consists of 3 double bedrooms and 1 study with French-sized sofa bed.
The outbuilding, accessible from the garden, consists of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and a bathroom.

Villa Ottavia is in the are Il Poggio, a quiet and residential area near the city centre of Porto Cesareo with its amenities, the Strea area and the dockyard.

the sea and other services, while being a peaceful oasis surrounded by
nature, ideal for those who want to keep their privacy.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 7pm) and check-out (from 7:00 am to 9:30am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Only small size pets are allowed.
- The fifth bathroom serves as a dressing room and has no bidet, is located outside and belongs to the tennis court.
- The property is 1500 metres from the docks for boats.
