Comfortable and cozy apartment with a private garden, a few steps from the beautiful gardens of Villa Melzi and the beach of Loppia.



The apartment, located on the ground floor of a house, opens onto an open space furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a tv, and a modern fully-equipped kitchen equipped with an oven, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a chest of drawers. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower and a private garden with outdoor furniture overlooking the enchanting bay of Loppia.



*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
