We were blown away when we visited this gorgeous property - Fallbarrow Hall is a stunning Grade 2 listed hall with unspoilt views of the well-kept private lawns and Lake Windermere. Recently renovated throughout to provide fabulous group accommodation for families, corporate guests or perhaps a DIY Wedding venue in the Lake District.

Walking through the grand entrance, you and your guests will be in awe by the grandeur, yet quirky elegance and gothic sophistication, from William Morris wall coverings to neon cocktail bar signs.

Room for all of you to be together or lounges where you can sit quietly or party in your very own cocktail bar. Relax in the library with a book, watch a movie in the basement cinema room, or challenge fellow guests to a game of pool or table tennis in the games room.

There's even a room especially for the children, with a PlayStation and wall-mounted Smart TV. The walls can be coloured-in too!

The Kitchen has all mod cons and space to cater for up to 36 easily. Should you require a private chef's details, we can help with this.

The Dining room is large and beautifully decorated and features a wood-burning stove and lovely lake views with space to fit up to 36 dining guests. The room is large enough to customise the table and seating arrangements as required.

17 king-size beds (11 are zip and link beds that can be twinned on request).
Apartment 1: Two bedrooms - king-size double and bunk beds.
Apartment 2: One bedroom – king-size double.
Accessible bedroom available with direct ramp access from the car park. Level access throughout the ground floor. Pull cord assistance in the accessible bedroom and Disabled toilets on the ground floor
All en-suites have walk-in showers, and two bedrooms have roll-top bathtubs.
Apartments have small kitchens.

A large private garden with views of Lake Windermere – Note: Noise outside should cease at 22:00.
Sufficient off road secure parking for 18 cars.
Up to 2 dogs allowed in each of the apartments. Dogs are permitted in main house but not in bedrooms or on the furniture.
