The common areas and walkways are always in bloom and exquisitely manicured. A dedicated garage parking space is included and there is additional outside guest parking available. There is secure WIFI throughout the condo.

The expansive living room is open to the dining area and kitchen and its ocean views are surpassed only by those experienced on the balcony where you can also listen to the surf. The comfort of the balcony will call to you again and again. The living room includes a down filled sectional meant for relaxing, a flickering gas fireplace and a 60” Samsung Smart TV with Apple TV which allows you to view both premium cable channels and your own App programming, be it audio or video. There is also a desk area tucked into a recessed area next to the fireplace in the living room next to the sliding glass doors with an ocean view as well. The ocean view dining area easily accommodates 8 people and is just as enjoyable for two people. Like the living area, the dining area is meant for lingering. If you like to cook, you won’t be alone as the kitchen opens to the dining area and living room and, all while enjoying the ocean view.

The Master Bedroom which also enjoys an ocean view has a fabulous organic memory foam king size mattress, down-filled pillows and down comforter and linen duvet and pillow covers. There is a 42” Samsung Smart TV on which you can watch premium cable channels through the Spectrum App or any apps you may choose to load on the Apple TV. There are plenty of drawers for your belongings and two large closets as well. The Master Bath includes two separate vanity sink areas and an enclosed tub/shower.

The second bedroom also has an inviting organic memory foam queen size mattress, down-filled pillows and down comforter and linen duvet and pillow covers. There are plenty of drawers for your belongings as well as a large closet. The condo is designed to accommodate 4 people. Of course it includes a full size washer and dryer, located in an alcove area off of the second bathroom.

Del Mar Woods is located in the quiet southwestern part of Olde Del Mar near 4th Street by the ocean with easy access to La Jolla and is also convenient to I-5 and the 805 which will take you to many of the Southern California attractions. Besides the beautiful beaches, there are also many hiking and biking trails in the area. If you are here to work, it is an easy commute to the various business parks in Del Mar, La Jolla and San Diego. There is a commuter train at the nearby Solana Beach train station to transport you to Los Angeles or various stops en-route or beyond. You may also choose to visit Mexico which is a mere 38 miles to the South. You really won't want to leave! Fortunately, you can come back again and again.
