There is an additional charge of $30.00 per day per guest, for any additional guests. The villa can sleep 10 guests comfortably, plus one infant. The home is sizable and has 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, one of the bedrooms is located in the upstairs loft which sleeps 6, along with private full bath. There is ample room for 10 people and pack and play for a baby on sight. Open concept kitchen and living room area. Great for family gatherings! The furnishings and décor are pristine and the house is newly built.
It is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in a private setting. Each room has spectacular views and there is a giant porch that wraps around the front overlooking the pool and shore. The house comes equipped with A/C throughout, washer and dryer, cable and WIFI and all amenities such as beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment and many more. One would only need to bring casual clothing and flip flops to enjoy this property.
This location is convenient to many points of interest and the airport. It's 10 minutes from the iconic beach Sandy Point (from ShawShank Redemption movie ending), the Fredricksted Pier, Golfing, the Botanical Gardens, Cruzan Rum Factory, Whim Museum, and the Rain Forest with Famous Beer Drinking Pigs!
