PARADISE COVE SECLUDED PRISTINE VILLA, "MARGARITA"

This vacation rental is the east unit of a duplex oceanfront home. The price per night is for a total of 6 guests. There is an additional charge of $30.00 per day per guest, for any additional guests. The villa can sleep 10 guests comfortably, plus one infant. The home is sizable and has 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, one of the bedrooms is located in the upstairs loft which sleeps 6, along with private full bath. There is ample room for 10 people and pack and play for a baby on sight. Open concept kitchen and living room area. Great for family gatherings! The furnishings and décor are pristine and the house is newly built.
It is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in a private setting. Each room has spectacular views and there is a giant porch that wraps around the front overlooking the pool and shore. The house comes equipped with A/C throughout, washer and dryer, cable and WIFI and all amenities such as beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment and many more. One would only need to bring casual clothing and flip flops to enjoy this property.
This location is convenient to many points of interest and the airport. It's 10 minutes from the iconic beach Sandy Point (from ShawShank Redemption movie ending), the Fredricksted Pier, Golfing, the Botanical Gardens, Cruzan Rum Factory, Whim Museum, and the Rain Forest with Famous Beer Drinking Pigs!

Wonderful!

Here for a wonderful week. Lovely home and peaceful, relaxing location which we were seeking. A bit surprised this is not a single family home and there were shared walls; sort of a townhome. It ended up being just fine, but please know there is somebody living in the other unit.

Amazing property!

We were more than impressed with the property. The owner was responsive to inquiries before we arrived. We spent an amazing 8 days here. The living/dining/kitchen area was just right, and the bedrooms were huge. We really appreciated all the small extras (i.e., beach towels, beach chairs, etc.) The kids loved using the pool, especially after we parents were tired from long days exploring the Island. The property is somewhat remote, but felt safe. There is a small beach within a 2 minute walk. We never swam there (rough seas) but did enjoy walking along it several times. Amazing amazing rental. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Best little hidden gem

This place is fabulous. The location is nice and secluded for privacy but you are only about a 1 mile away from a shopping center. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. I would love to visit this place again someday when I return to the Caribbean Islands.

Great for large group

Fantastic view of the sea and delightful tropical breezes. The location is fantastic because of quick access to the highway. Would be great for two families vacationing together.

Property was amazing , it’s connected with another property, but the neighbors were super friendly and amazing ( USA VETERANS) and the view was nice . Lots of rules for the amount you pay for though .

Wonderful remote setting conveniently located to Cane Bay, Frederiksted, and Christiansted.

We had a lovely stay. As others have mentioned, The digital pictures do not do Gail's home justice. It is much roomier than I had expected. The outside lanai is very comfortable and during mid-afternoon there are areas of shade for those who might require it. Gail was very helpful/responsive to all questions, and we had no issues with the wi-fi, security, air, water or electric. The only thing I would change is the addition of a propane grill, but I do understand that the salt water would destroy one if left outside all year long. The kitchen was amply supplied with everything one needs to prepare/serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We noticed after spilling something on the tile floor on day one that it could have been cleaner. Nothing we couldn’t remedy ourselves. The gentleman next door is very quiet/friendly. No issues there. The reviews mentioned the water as non-potable, however, 2 people in our group chose to drink water from the tap without negative impact. The pool was one of the cleanest VRBO pools we have ever experienced. Something somebody else mentioned, was the state of Carlton Road. It has several speed bumps and some rough patches that require you to drive quite slow after exiting the main route. No biggy. A small price to pay for this home’s wonderful privacy. A Perfect Island Retreat

The house was perfect! It was very clean and very comfortable and well set up for cooking which we like to do. Mattresses, pillows and bedding were high quality and with the breezes coming off the ocean we slept like babies (there is AC but we never turned it on as the breeze was so heavenly.) We used the pool every single day, walked the beach and saw sea turtles. It was quiet but close to shopping and amazing restaurants in Fredricksted. We would go back in a heartbeat! Also, the host was very kind, responsive and accommodating.

Myself and 5 ladies had the BEST week ever!!

The location is so beautiful and peaceful! You can listen to the sea while going to sleep and wake up to the same sea music. Relax by the pool for hours. Watch horses graze… we were booking our next stay before we left. Gail was quick to answer questions that we had and was very nice! Love this place!!

Pristine views of sunrise and sunset in amazing setting

The location on Long Point allows you to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. The almost constant trade winds and overhead fans made A/C unnecessary in all but one bedroom. I most enjoyed hearing the surf and gazing at the ocean. The house was extremely clean and orderly with all the basics including spices for cooking. Remember to pick up bottled water before arriving as the water is non potable. The bed linens and towels were clean and plentiful. We enjoyed the clean and private pool. We would have preferred less outside light (garage light very bright and shines in 1 bedroom). Beds were ok and furniture very basic. Could be more comfortable and convenient to have a bedside lamp and a table or floor lamp in the living area. It is a duplex but the neighbors were hardly seen or heard and it felt very private. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the property for a relaxing and easy stay in a magnificent setting.

We found heaven!

Our stay was amazing - a small slice of heaven as we called it! Gail was gracious and helpful in her communication and made check in easy! The house is clean and had everything we needed and then some! The pool is a relaxing retreat and the beach was perfect for an early morning walk! Relaxing Vacation

The home is very nice and clean. The most impressive party of this property is how secluded it is. You have a few hundred years of beach shoreline all to yourself! Even though it's not great for swimming, it is a big benefit to have such privacy.

Great private spot

Peaceful Paradise

Host made booking fast and easy. Accommodations were perfect for my family. The home was beautiful and Host provided all essentials and more. The view is excellent. We truly enjoyed having our coffee and tea by the pool while watching the sun rise then going for walks around the property and beach. It was relaxing and breathtaken. Home is situated on a peaceful and quite area so you will have no issues with privacy, relaxing, and having fun. This home is paradise in paradise. We did not want to leave and will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you Gail for providing such and amazing home for guest.

Above all, the owner of the house was super accessible. She gave us lots of guidance. The house was spacious, clean, very open and lots of natural light. Road a little difficult to drive on but when you get there … you will love it.

So Much Fun!

We’ve never been to the USVI & I think that this trip now has us hooked! This house is in close distance to the Frederiksted Pier & the Christiansted boardwalk! The beach really isn’t great for swimming but it’s perfect for pictures & for hanging out. We loved the pool & we will definitely be booking this house again! I’m

The house is close to the airport and downtown Frederiksted. With a car rental, it is very easy to navigate the island. I was able to be to all my destinations within 30 minutes. A couple places within 45 minutes.

We are New Yorker's! Winters can be brutal, however we snow ski so it helps. Boaters, scuba divers and plain old beach lovers, St Croix was a great fit! We get a feeling of total peace whenever we are in St Croix. The property is super safe which to me is important, alarm system, safety pool gate, I'm a grandma and think of these things!

We own timeshares at Hotel On The Cay in Christiansted, STX. So for the past 20 years we've vacationed on St Croix. Curiosity got the best of me and so I looked at real estate over the years and when I saw this property in 2007, it was an immediate purchase. Deciding to build a duplex 3 years ago. It's secluded with private beach, ocean breeze and spectacular views, I could not resist. One does not even have to leave the property to enjoy the day!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It is a safe, private, conveniently located property. Food shopping, restaurants, beaches for added activities and golf are minutes away!
If it's peace and quiet the property is the perfect setting. We like to do half day trips because it's hard to leave the Villa for the entire day. It has unbelievable breezes and at night the star gazing is fabulous!
