Seaside Serenity is a unique 3-bedroom cottage situated on the private, historic Estate Cane Garden on St. Croix's South Shore. With acres of the former sugar cane fields to the north and the Caribbean Sea to the south, one can't help but feel relaxed with the mesmerizing view. A bonus to your stay is access to a natural secluded beach with a sandy sea entry. The grocery store, cinema, gym, open-air Saturday market, Art Farm and downtown Christiansted are all within a 10-minute drive.

Private beach,outdoor shower overlooking the ocean, and central location..This has been one of the best places we have stayed at on st croix..Property manager Theresa was always helpful answering our many questions and checking in on us..The location of this rental is so peaceful, quiet and central location on the island makes it easy to get around..House is stocked with all your beach needs, is nicely furnished and even got hermit crabs walking around the yard..Can you get more tropical then this place?..When we come back for a vacation, there is only one place We are going to stay..

Picture Perfect!

Property is immaculate. View is gorgeous. Host is exceptional. Accommodations include everything a guest could possibly need…including purified drinking water. What you see in the pictures is accurate. Gave us the exact stay we were looking for…quiet by the ocean, access to the island, relaxation in comfort!

Paradise!!

We just loved this place. This house is in a perfect location. It was close to the airport and 15 minutes from Christiansted. Theresa was a wonderful host. She had a lot of great recommendations. The private beach was our daughter's favorite. The house was well stocked. We had some mad games of Uno. And we just loved the pups. They made the stay complete.

Such a peaceful and quiet location

If you're looking for a quiet secluded house that's rare to find on the Virgin Islands, this is it! The property and house were beautiful and Theresa was a fantastic and welcoming host! We also enjoyed meeting Ruby and Lucy, Theresa's fur babies. My boyfriend and I will definitely return with our families as there's more than enough room for five.

Secluded Paradise

Beautiful Cottage on a Cliff. If you are looking for a place to relax with beautiful views this is it. You even have your own beach. It's truly a slice of paradise.

Paradise !!

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Theresa greeted us as soon as we arrived. Showed us the property and gave us the history of the place. We had an amazing time there. Coffee in the mornings watching the turtles. She was an amazing host. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. The place was as perfect as you would want. We are already planning another trip there. Thank you, Theresa, for everything. We HIGHLY recommend this home for your stay.

The most beautiful stay

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was the most peaceful getaway. Having such a private place with the most fantastic view was so perfect for our time away together. Having a private beach was really the icing on the cake! For the first two days we had no reason to leave the VRBO because we just enjoyed our time at the private beach and cooking at home. Theresa was a great hostess, welcoming us when we arrived but really was hands off, making us feel like we truly were secluded from the outside world. But she was just a text message away if we needed anything, and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all our family and friends!

Paradise!

What an amazing property. The home is one of the best supplied we have ever stayed in. The kitchen even has sharp knives! Unheard of! The view is spectacular, the secluded sand beach was amazing. From paddleboarding right from the beach to snorkeling just down the shore to relaxing it was perfect. Theresa is the best host we have experienced! She kept us informed of local happenings, suggestions for activities and the best local cuisine ( don't miss Salt or Too Chez). All in all the perfect getaway!

We did not want to leave....

This was our first time in St. Croix, and this home did not disappoint. From meeting the host and learning about the property to the property having anything and everything you need! I would suggest visiting the house first and seeing what is there before going to the store. We explored the island some, but we could have stayed home the entire time and never left. We loved the beach, all the different crabs, and even the other ocean wildlife we spotted. It was HOT the week we were in town, but the ACs in the rooms cooled down quickly. We were already planning our trip back while waiting for our departing plane.

Amazing!

My best friend and I went on an end of summer trip to st. Croix and we had such an amazing experience at Theresa’s home. The place is stunning and well stocked with literally everything you could need for a beach vacation on the islands. Theresa and her dogs live right next door (but were certainly never intrusive) and she is quick to answer any and all questions. I loved drinking coffee and watching the sun come up over the ocean in the mornings and taking an outdoor shower after a Sandy beach day. You will not be disappointed booking this home!

Truly: Seaside Serenity

We loved our stay and our host. The house was stocked like a home and little things you might need like a sewing kit. No guarantee but quite nice. Evening dinners on the bluff line overlooking the ocean were our favorite! She even charged my daughters camera battery. Top Notch!! There was some seaweed on the beach while we were there that was disappointing but nothing they could control.

Gecko's, Crabs, and Deer

This place was "seaside serenity". From the time we got there until the time we left we felt at home here. The host is very welcoming. The scenery can't be beat. Don't forget to give the gecko water every morning. He comes to the kitchen window just to say good morning. You will also get a surprise of the evening out the back door. We had crabs come by every evening under the palm trees, don't freak out they are harmless and enjoyable to watch. You will hopefully see the deer running around of the evening and early morning. They host has all kinds of snorkeling gear for the family if you would like to get in the water. The little tiki hut down on the beach was a plus as well. I definitely recommend a stay here. If we ever travel to St. Croix again this is where we will stay. Drive in slowly and watch for the birds that may be in the road at the bird sanctuary. Enjoy your stay!

Idyllic!

This was the perfect spot. And we were lucky enough to be accompanied by a full moon, which made for an amazing view of the seaside. Thanks so much, Theresa. Your home was stocked and decorated in every detail the same way we would opt if it was ours. Convenient, comfortable grounds for strolling, sitting, beach combing, hammocking(?), sipping, staring, dreaming. I would like to include a negative. Sorry, can’t come up with one. Is “too idyllic” a negative??

Return To Paradise

This was our second stay at Seaside Serenity. It was everything we remembered from the previous year and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We were lulled asleep by the waves at night and enjoyed our morning coffee seaside. It was a perfect stay. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

We are fortunate to live on such a beautiful slice of paradise. We have lived on Estate Cane Garden for 30+ years and can't think of a more special piece of property on St. Croix. Our cottage is situated on a private estate where tranquility is a way of life. (We live next door to Seaside Serenity with our friendly dog, Rudi) The green pasture to our north, although occasionally cut, helps maintain the quiet ambiance of the estate. The blue Caribbean Sea, just 30 steps from the backdoor, is a playground for pelicans, sea turtles, terns, oyster catchers and many colorful fish.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have renovated Seaside Serenity with a modern kitchen and bathrooms and have added an outdoor shower, which has the best view! Enjoy sitting at the outdoor table with your coffee in the morning while the pelicans dive for their breakfast. An outdoor bench under the great Maho tree is a wonderful place to enjoy the serenity of the sea. (No smoking is permitted in the house nor on any parts of the property)
