Oceanfront Condo - Four Steps to Beautiful Sugar Beach

Kick off your shoes, open the door, and four steps later, you're on the beautiful white sands of Sugar Beach. Warm, gentle breezes caress your face, and the temperature feels wonderful, even in the summer months of June, July, and August. Walk a bit farther, and you're in the tranquil, blue Caribbean water.

Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh. Your relaxing vacation has begun at 115 Sugar Beach.

Located in the Sugar Beach Resort, Unit 115, a 2+PLUS beachfront condo has all the amenities of home as well as being only a 5-minute drive from the shops and restaurants of downtown Christiansted.

What's the PLUS? It's our extra bedroom. In addition to the oversized master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and the guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, there's an extra room with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have new Caribbean-themed bedding and plenty of pillows so you can get a good night's sleep after a hard day of playing on the beach.

New appliances and a granite counter top greet you in the fully-equipped kitchen with gourmet utensils and a blender to make any mixed drink you can imagine. (The island is known for its Cruzan rum.) Serve everything in Caribbean-themed dishware and glassware found in the cupboards.

Other creature comforts include plenty of beach towels in the closets, a wide screen HDTV with surround sound home theater, HD cable, free WIFI and broadband internet connection. A large parking lot has plenty of parking near the condo, so you'll never have to look for a parking space.

The crystal-clear waters on Sugar Beach are wonderful for snorkeling and swimming due to the gently sloping coast breaking the waves and making the water calm. You'll find beach toys located in the beach box on the porch and plenty of beach towels in the closets. If swimming is too taxing, pull your beach chair to the water's edge and enjoy the sound of the waves gently caressing the shore underneath you.

If you're more of a swimming pool baby, you can swim in the large, fresh-water pool next to the ruins of a 300-year old sugar mill. Grills next to the pool allow you to make it a pool party!

Laid-back and uncrowded, but with a plethora of activities, St. Croix is the best kept secret of the Caribbean. From world-class shopping and restaurants to eco-tours, horseback riding, and some of the best snorkeling and diving in the world, there is something fun for everyone.
