Even after a busy day gather around the dining table for a delicious feast before enjoying a movie night. A bedroom invites you to get cozy and warm while you rest for the day. When you reach the upper floor you will find 2 modern-designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offering complete autonomy and privacy. All the spaces in it, offer an indelible mark on the visitors heart. Its location provides the perfect shelter for you and your loved ones adequate to enjoy carefree days away from your everyday life.

Outdoor facilities
The best part of the residence is the refreshing outdoor private pool where you can have unspoiled moments of relaxation on the sunbeds next to the pool soaking up and enjoying the Cretan sun. For more fun, you can enjoy a ping pong match with your friends and after that, you can have a glass of fine wine or a cocktail in the lounge area. The perfect location of the villa offers proximity to the sandy beach and the crystalline waters. The perfect spot where residents can enjoy optimal habitation and a dazzling view, with a private garden lawn, and dont miss the parking space for your cars.
Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.
As the villa is located on a hill, the last 300m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 1.5EUR per night/villa from March to October and 0.5EUR per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid via bank transfer or credit card on booking.
