Wonderful villa in an amazing location overlooking an olive grove. It offers the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings while still being within easy driving distance of beautiful beaches and attractions. The villa is exceptionally well equipped with everything you might need and feels warm, cozy, and truly like a home away from home. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Review for stay from 19 July 2026 to 26 July 2026

We had a fantastic stay and can highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and the interior felt modern and brand new. The peaceful location outside the town was perfect for relaxing while still being within easy reach of the surrounding attractions. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we received help immediately. One feature we especially appreciated was that every bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made our family stay much more comfortable. The kitchen and laundry required us to buy a few basic consumables (such as washing machine and kitchen supplies), but this was only a minor detail and did not affect our overall experience at all. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely choose this villa again. Highly recommended to anyone!

Review for stay from 02 August 2025 to 09 August 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aetheria! Recently updated rooms - each with their own en suite bathroom - are very comfortable and equally sized making it easy to share with another family. The villa has stunning views (can see the sea in the distance), offers privacy but also located just a short 5-minute drive from Kissamos where we could find anything we needed. The hosts were very reactive and helpful with all of our requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Aetheria!

Review for stay from 20 June 2025 to 29 June 2025

Fantastic villa, very modern and clean with aircon everywhere which was a godsend when the heat was unbearable. the owners were very friendly and attentive and always available for any problems not that we had any!! Pool is great and had the sun all day long and comfy outdoor furniture. Very handy for the town which is only five minutes down the road by car and has lovely restaurants overlooking the sea & beautiful sunsets

Review for stay from 01 September 2025 to 07 September 2025

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Kissamos! The place was spotless and even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made it super comfortable for our group. The backyard is perfect for relaxing, with a great-sized pool and even a working outdoor shower. We especially loved the huge patio — ideal for family breakfasts, lunches, and dinners together. The front parking area is spacious and even has a hose, which was perfect for rinsing off the car after beach days. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — communication was smooth and they made key pick-up and drop-off really easy. I would recommend this villa to absolutely anyone looking to explore the beautiful beaches of Crete. We’d definitely stay here again!
