This is a gorgeous 4,400 square foot home with a huge private deck overlooking the lake and mountains and featuring a BBQ, large outdoor dining area, lounge area and 6-person hot tub, a 2-car garage, and a back porch on the 2nd level.

The upper level of the home features a large, open kitchen, living and dining area, overlooking an expansive deck with gorgeous views, two king bedroom master suites, each with their own bathroom, a sunny, bright, vaulted ceiling second living/seating area, and a dedicated room housing your office and a fitness space complete with fitness equipment.

The ground level of the home features a third living area that functions as a games room (foosball, pool table, and shuffle board) and bar area, including a wet bar. Down the hallway on the first level you'll find two additional bedrooms; a cozy queen bedroom with it's own ensuite and a bright bunk room with 2 custom built XL full beds with twin beds above. You'll also fund your laundry room as well as access out to the back of the home and property.

Since our family enjoys spending time up here too, this beautiful vacation home is fully stocked with everything anyone could need; from 4.5 well-appointed bathrooms, to games, to a dedicated coffee and tea bar, and plenty of parking and storage space for everything you do bring with you.

There is a separate private 1-bedroom guesthouse on the south side of the lower level of the home (1 wall of the games room in the main home is shared with 1 wall of the guest house; although you will likely never hear or see the guesthouse tenant, we like to be transparent to our wonderful future guests).
