This condo is exactly as described. It was small, but suited our needs perfectly. Having the recliner was a bonus and was great for my mother who has some handicaps. The pools were great! I guess the outdoor pool that was the closest to us is supposed to be an adults only pool, which we did not know. My daughter was able to swim in it, but others I guess were told that they couldn't. The indoor pool was attached to our building, which was super convenient! The property was clean! The boardwalk to the beach was great, it even had an area to sit at halfway down, which was perfect place for us to watch the fireworks. The owner is amazing to work with. There was a mix-up on Vrbo's end prior to us arriving that showed that this booking was cancelled, so I had booked another place in a panic. He was gracious in working with us. Luckily everything was resolved. I also want to say, I mixed up the date and day of the week of checkout and he was gracious with us about getting out of the condo for the next group to come in. Also, the BED was so so comfortable. I don't say that often when traveling. Overall, I would highly recommend GSP Condos and this vacation rental! I would stay there again!
