Guests will have access to six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property has a great location, beautiful sand and beach, easy to find. Our unit was clean and roomy. The grounds were also clean and well kept. Check in and check out were quick and simple. We had an issue with our door lock code, but once we contacted the Vacasa Rental Agent, he was able to quickly resolve our problem. I only gave this property 4 stars because of several small issues that may not bother other customers, but when you add them all together into one vacation, they were slightly annoying. Here is the list of items: exhaust fan in bathroom not working, sleeper sofa cushions all worn, dirty and dingy, TV remote broken, shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers in the unit bathrooms empty (if they are no longer being stocked, please remove them from the walls of the shower), refrigerator set to coldest setting but only kept contents cool, the 21 and over pool always had children in it. There are 6 pools at this location and children are allowed in all of them, but the pool designated for the 21 and over crowd should be better marked and monitored to insure that the children utilize the other 6 pools.

This was a clean unit and the grounds were well maintained. We had an issue with our door entry code but when we called Vacasa for assistance they were very helpful and resolved the issue immediately. I only gave the 4 stars because the sofa and furniture were worn and dingy, bathroom exhaust fan did not work, refrigerator only kept contents cool and no shampoo conditioner or soap in any of the dispensers in the showers. If these dispensers are not being stocked then please remove them.

Relaxing vacation at the beach

We will definitely come back to the beach at Ft Morgan! We enjoyed the gorgeous beach, the amenities, and the peaceful neighborhood! Itā€™s minutes away from the ferry station which was a great day trip to the island!

GREAT LOCATION AND TRIP

ALMOST EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION WAS GREAT. CLEAN ROOM, EASY ACCESS, EASY ACCESS TO BEACH. THE ONLY DOWNFALL WAS NOISE THE LAST NIGHT. WE ENDED UP LEAVING THE NIGHT OF THE 12TH INSTEAD OF CHECKING OUT AT 10 AM ON THE 13TH. I HAVE A 19 MONTH AUTISIC SON THAT WOULDNT STAY ASLEEP DUE TO KIDS RUNNING DOWN THE HALLS AND ON TOP OF US IT SEEMED. WE THOUGHT THERE WAS A QUITE TIME.

Great place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Plantation #3222. The condo was clean and well stocked. The property itself was well maintained and the pools and boardwalk were easily accessed. We didn't have any noise issues. It was a great relaxing stay.

Great stay

This condo is just like stated in the picture. The stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the condo and the closeness of the beach. Hopefully we will return and the dome pool will be working. Overall good family trip.

Family Beach Trip!

We had a great stay at Gulf shores plantation! The floors were a little sandy and dirty when we arrived. There were a few things not working- footstool outside broken (which they were great & fixed), microwave lights, one of the stove tops, mirror and bathroom crooked, garbage disposal made funny noise.. but overall we enjoyed the condo! They were great to provide toiletries and kitchen items. The condo was attractive and right near the beach! We were bummed about the indoor pool and hot tub. Will use GSP again!!!

Location was perfect

The location of the Plantation is within easy access to downtown Gulf Shores and the Ft Morgan Ferry. It was also right on the beach, just a short walk from our room. It is a beautiful place to stay.

Great condo. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Love that you can see the beach from the balcony. The living room couch and chairs were SO COMFORTABLE. Not leaving five stars because there is so much construction on the grounds we were not aware of in advance. The listing says 6 pools etc. they were all closed but one outdoor hot tub that was packed and gross. We booked here because we wanted a indoor pool for the weekend cause there was a high chance of rain.. it was very disappointing. I also wish the condo had a blow dryer. But overall good stay.

Great Place

This was a good place to stay! The condo was super cute. It was a little confusing finding our condo because you can't see the numbers on the outside and have to actually walk inside to find them. No big deal though. The condo itself was clean, roomy, and as advertised. We felt very comfortable. We were disappointed because although still advertised, there is not longer an indoor pool and hot tub. That was only a big deal because it was a little too cold to swim outside and my kids were so excited to get to swim indoors instead. However, the management was nice and understanding and gave a little money back for the misleading advertisement. They were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely love to stay here again, maybe in the warmer months so we can swim outside.
