Upon entering the apartment we find ourselves in the main corridor with a large bright window, on the left we find two bedrooms, the one on the left with a 160x200 double bed, and the one on the right with a 160x200 double bed, wardrobe, next to to a writing with work chair.

Leaving the bedroom we return to the corridor and to the left we find two complete bathrooms with shower, in front of the bathrooms a large open kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay and an island with stools where you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast. On the right, a double door that gives access to the living room. To the left we find a beautiful three-seater sofa with two side tables and two comfortable chairs. To the right, a large dining table next to a large window with a small balcony.

Returning to the corridor, at the end of it we first find a work area with a table and followed by this, the main room with a complete bathroom with shower en suite, a 160 x 200 bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment is located in a central area surrounded by cafes, bars and some of the best restaurants in the city. In addition, it is superbly connected to the urban bus and metro transport network.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
