This beach block four-bedroom house is located in Ship Bottom Long Beach Island. It is the third from the beach and less than seven blocks from the main island bridge entrance. It is also four blocks to center of Ship Bottom easily walkable to every restaurant, shopping and bar. Pet friendly with large grass backyard with 50 year old pine trees for privacy. Enjoy all the amenities of beautiful family friendly vacation spot.

cozy, perfect for families & dog friendly!

Mason’s house is lovely, well appointed and close to the beach! We had 3 generations and two families and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. So close to fabulous food & ice cream & we cooked a bunch. Great clean & cozy spaces inside and nice seating outside for dining and listening to the surf!

It was a lovely home w/ plenty of room for the 5 of us. Being so close to the beach was great and we were pleased to be close to shops and restaurants. We've been renting places for the last few summers and this is the best one thus far.

A beautiful gem in Ship Bottom

My parents, sister and I stayed in this beautiful house only steps from the beach and had a wonderful stay. Its proximity to restaurants, shops and other activities allow you to walk a short distance for everything you need. Mason is a wonderful host and I'd recommend this home to anyone looking for a tranquil home that is close to everything you need.

Very nice family getaway

This very spacious shore home is very deceiving from the outside. There is plenty of room to accommodate 8 people if needed and the location is ideal - steps from the beach entrance! So many conveniences are within walking distance. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends.

Charming and well appointed.

A surprisingly spacious and very well-stocked home in a perfect location. Beds were very cozy. Lovely new kitchen perfect for big family dinners. Adding an outdoor grill would be our one suggestion...

Great location!

We had a great stay, the house is perfect and Mason is wonderful to work with. The 2nd floor bedroom without an air conditioner does get very warm and also would have loved a grill. But other than that, would definitely rent again!

Great location in Ship Bottom

The house was very comfortable and well equipped in the kitchen and for the beach. Large washer and dryer was very useful to cope with children needs. The decor was charming and the house was full of books and board games. The table on the outside deck was great, having both a gas grill and a charcoal grill made meals more interesting, and the garden with tree shade and grass was relaxing. The only surprise was the bathroom arrangements. The listing said 4 bathrooms, but the reality was one full bathroom (with bath and shower) and two small half bathrooms (one in suite with the master bedromm on the first floor and one on the secong floor landing serving two bedrooms). The "fourth" bathroom was a spacious enclosed outdoor shower at the back of the house. It turned out that this convenient outdoor shower was the one most used by everybody, especially after the beach, so that having only one indoor bath/shower was not a problem.

Loved it!

We just got home yesterday from our LBI vacation and none of us can wait to go back! The house had literally everything you could ever need! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Our party of 7 all enjoyed themselves, and even our little dog had a blast! Thank you Mason! We hope to see your beautiful home again soon!

Lovely cottage/Great location

We have rented for 40 plus years here at LBI. We live outside Chicago so this is a long trip for us. Mason is a very accommodating host- his property is immaculately kept especially when you consider he allows pets. Washer and dryer are excellent and the air conditioner downstairs was efficient enough to cool the entire floor. There is the best outdoor shower off the deck that we have ever had . This was well worth the ride. Thank you Mason.

Amazing Week at the Beach

This was the perfect rental home for our family vacation to LBI. The beach entrance was so close and easy for everyone. Several great restaurants are easily walkable too. The house itself was excellent. Very clean, very spacious. Our family of 9 easily fit comfortable during mealtimes and arranged in all the bedrooms. The kitchen made it very easy to prepare breakfast and everyone had a place to sit for mealtimes or board games. Lastly, it’s so rare to have a yard with grass on LBI but it was such a treat. Our kids loved to run around on grass for a little after a busy day out and about. All in all a great trip and I’d highly recommend a stay here for any family.

Perfect for us

We had a great time during our week in LBI! The house is in an amazing location - 3rd house from beach, walkable to restaurants, ice cream and shops. The house was clean and set-up perfectly for our family of 7. We hope to be back next summer!

Beach Wedding

We had an excellent time staying here. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach, an excellent base for our wedding in Barnegat Light, and a lovely back yard for a small (12 person) reception. Everything was beautiful for me, my husband, and my family. Especially useful having three toilets and the outdoor shower (in addition to the indoor bath/shower). Mason provided great communication and hospitality. Thank you so much for an excellent stay!

YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE

I think the title says it all but I will elaborate. Our family of five adults, two young children and three pets stayed at this home for one week. It is a terrific home - very clean, well stocked, kid and pet friendly and spacious with plenty of socializing room. Kid friendly: the home had a number of items for children, including items to child proof the home. There was even a baby gate for the stairs! There were children's toys under a downstairs bed and there were also some sand toys for kids. My daughter loved playing with the sand truck. Pet friendly: we had three small dogs with us. There is a spacious yard which was wonderful for them. It is unfenced but we had no issues with our dogs staying in the area. There is even a small bush area in case your critter needs some privacy. The SB police station is just a block up and has a large patch of green grass should your buddy need some more room. Outdoor shower: the outdoor shower is amazing. No one took a single shower indoors during our stay bc of how spacious the outdoor one is. Lots of room to hose down kids or pets and the detachable shower head was very helpful in getting the sand off of the kids. It also has a little stool and an area to put your toiletries. Kitchen: the kitchen is a nice size and also features a large washer and dryer. We brought detergent but there may have been some there. The kitchen is well stocked with a small box of some spices and there is S/P. The host kindly leaves you dishwasher pods and a new sponge, along with hand soap. Very thoughtful on the sponge, I had even packed one. There is also a roll of paper towels provided and TP. Bring garbage bags. Beach access: this home is steps from the beach entrance. The location was wonderful. Two homes up from the beach. It made a huge difference when going back and forth with kids, to check on the dogs, etc. Also there is a handicap entrance just a block over. Home set up: There are two bedrooms downstairs - including the master - which is great for folks who don't want to deal with stairs. Off the second floor queen, there is a lovely and large balcony that also connects to the deck. Location is wonderful, near 72 so you don't have to battle traffic down LBI. It is close to shops and places to eat. When we had a small issue with the door code, the host immediately answered and was so helpful. He even had us in four hours early when the folks before us left a day ahead of time. So kind of him!
