This house was perfect for us for an after Labor Day long weekend visit to LBI. Short walk to the beach, close to Nardis and all the fun stuff LBI has to offer. Great location. Rooms were clean and the kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beach house we enjoyed the deck!

Great stay

The house was really clean and a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. John was really responsive throughout our stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Clean, close to the beach- just as advertised

Had a great stay...loved the proximity to the beach and the place feels very private (surrounded by cedar trees). We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Relaxing

Property is just a described and so very close to the beach. Sunrises are amazing, beach impeccably clean, and bike rides were fun as well. Can walk to many places if you wish or just a short ride by car. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach house

Perfect house, excellent location. Great for families with several kids . The loft upstairs sleeps 6

The loft upstairs is private , and the kids feel removed , with privacy . House overall was great!! Supplying bikes and outdoor chairs etc was a real bonus !!

The check in process was smooth, the house was clean and bright and spacious. 2 min walk to the beach! Loved the house and the location, the host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be back!!!

Great beach house

John was very easy to work with. Great communication. All was as expected. You couldn’t ask for a better location. House came packed with plenty of beach items in the garage. I would stay here again.

Our favorite so far!

We come to LBI every year and we try out different listings. This is by far our favorite and we will definitely be back. Communication with the owner was good and he responded quickly. The house was bigger than we anticipated and there were lots of items in the garage for us to use for the beach, so we didn't have to bring so much with us. It was a great entrance for the beach. The kids loved the little window in the loft that looked into the living room it was like a clubhouse. Thank you!

Great location and setting

Very comfortable house, (Love the sectional!) and well appointed kitchen, but you might want to take your favorite sauté pan if you are cooking! Lol…there are dozens of games and puzzles. The garage has lots of bikes of different sizes, and many beach chairs. A cart is available to get everything to the beautiful beach! Bring your own umbrellas. The deck has furniture and an umbrella for relaxing! Great location on LBI!

Excellent vacation spot!

The house was spotless when we arrived. Great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The fact that we could use the garage as storing space was nice, so we didn't have to leave the beach cart outside in the rain. John was very responsive when we had an issue. Two minute drive to the ACME grocery store. We only had 2 adults and 2 kids, but would accommodate 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids loved the loft upstairs! We would definitely rent this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. You provided a lot of ammenties, but you need to provide pot holders and more kitchen towels. You only had one kitchen towel to take out stuff from the oven, luckily I brought a kitchen towel too or if you don't provide, you should specify it on the listing. That is the only negative thing I can say about your beautiful home which I hope we can rent again! Thank you for letting us rent your home and have a nice summer!

Fantastic Beach Vacation!

We have stayed in LBI the past three summers and this is by far the best house we've stayed in. There was tons of room and everything we needed, but most importantly the location could not be beat. It was steps away from the beach and a quick walk or drive to most things you could want on the island. The owner was very responsive to questions/concerns. My only two complaints, neither of which is a big deal: the house is on the corner of Beach Ave., which is a busier road, and the master bedroom faces that way. Even with windows closed and air conditioner on, I was often awakened by teenagers biking/yelling in the middle of the night. Also, the laundry is in the garage, which is down a flight of stairs and only accessible by going outside, which was slightly inconvenient but not a huge deal. Overall we loved this place and hope to be back in the future!

Truly comfortable and great locale

This comfortable property is a close walk to a lovely long and wide beach. The owner has left plenty of beach equipment and numerous bikes. There is a street next to the house which is very safe for riding bikes adn walking. The house itself is clean and easily serves 8 people like is posted. The kitchen ware is modest and plain but enough. Though it says to bring linens which we did, we feel the message could be more clear about dish towels. Small detail. We had to buy them. Beach Haven has a ton to do and we found the restaurants very good. The check in was a snap and the owner timely in his responses. We would easly stay here again and bring dish towels!! Thanks for a great stay. lso the house is replete with board games. We used almost every one of them!
