Villa Asarel contains three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue, a terrace with beautiful views of nature, air conditioning and Wifi. It also has a private parking space inside the property.



You enter Villa Asarel by stairs until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the apartment, which is distributed on the same level. To the right of the hall we find the wide corridor where the rooms are located. At the end of the corridor is located the fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor area and the pool. It has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils. Next, there is the living room that is very cozy and has direct access to the balcony and the terrace where the pool is located. The living room is fully equipped with a flat-screen digital satellite TV and a ceiling fan. This is a good place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying those summer nights outdoors.



The first one we find is the main room equipped with a double bed, a large closet, air conditioning and a complete bathroom en suite. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer. The next double room has two single beds and is equipped with a good wardrobe and air conditioning. The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The exterior of the house is accessed from the main entrance through some stairs where we find the pool and the terrace, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs.



Villa Asarel is equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and iron, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, as well as all the equipment required by current legislation. It also has a parking space.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on weekdays and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

HOW TO GET THERE



From Mahón Airport or Port (35min):

1.Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this population, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.
