Our Villa is a very private and spacious well equipped property consisting of 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and high speed fibre optic internet connectivity. There is also ample private parking. We have a large private swimming pool surrounded by a large terraced area with mood lighting. We also have a roof terrace with seating so you can enjoy watching the sunset go down over the rural outlook. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and within a short walking distance to the town and picturesque beach. A perfect balance of being in a quiet location but a short walk to Town. The Villa has a modern look and feel to it while being homely and has all the facilities you could wish for including a separate utility room. We have made every effort to decorate and furnish the Villa so it's like home from home and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please have a look at our reviews.

Well what can we say about this propertyā€¦ it was absolutely perfect. Great location, great property and great communication from the host, all the information you could hope for. The family particularly loved the large swimming pool. Canā€™t recommend this place enough, and really hope to come back again soon

Lovely villa.

We had a really lovely stay, everything we could have needed was at the villa. It was in a lovely peaceful area and was an easy walk away from the restaurants, bars and shops. We would love to return.

Great vill, great location

Lovely villa with a wonderful pool and outside space. Spent most of our hols in and around the pool. When we did venture out we were minutes walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Great !

Peaceful April in Cala n Porter

The Villa was just a tranquil escape.If you want peace and quiet April is the perfect time to go. Villa had everything we needed and the pool, although a little chilly at this time of year was the icing on the cake. Lovely!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. We have been visiting Menorca for 25 years and this was our first time of staying in Cala en Porter and it did not disappoint. Julian was a great host. The property was spacious, clean and more than big enough for the 2 of us! It was the outside area that wowed us the most. A beautiful pool, plenty of sun beds and 3 different seating areas. Then there was the rooftop terrace which was wonderful to have drink and watch the sun go down. Even though there are plenty of villas around, this one felt very private and was not overlooked at all. Only a very short walk into town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. We absolutely loved it here and will definitely return. Thank you Julian.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful week at the villa. The pool and outside area is absolutely perfect, we lived out there! Great quiet location with an easy (although hilly!) walk to centre. Great communication with owner. Bedrooms and bathrooms a little tired but understand from owner they are being revamped soon. We would definitely return.

Fabulous stay for all the family

We had a wonderful time! Villa in a lovely quiet area but easy enough to walk to some lovely restaurants and the beach. Pool was beautifully clean and well kept, and pool area was brilliant to relax around - well appointed with chairs and loungers to keep everyone happy. Villa itself was well maintained and clean, and perfect for what we required. Local representative and owner are very friendly and extremely responsive to any issues and obviously keen to maintain high standards throughout. Thank you for such and wonderful stay!

Peaceful location

Just a few minutes walk from the town centre and multiple eating options, but so peaceful an area. Mostly all we heard was birds and the occasional barking dog. Villa is very well stocked and clean. Pool and pool area was big enough for the five of us. Nice large veranda area for eating or just sitting out in the evening with excellent shade provided by the large awning. Clearly the owners are still looking to improve the property with some very effective outdoor lighting recently installed.

lovely villa with great pool

party of five - 7 yr old, parents, grandparents - had a great 2 weeks here. Villa has everything you need including well supplied kitchen and good quality bbq. Pool is great - clean and large enough for us all to swim. We chose not to have a car and managed fine - variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance although quite steep for anyone with mobility issues. We used bus into Mahon which is easy. Younger ones had great kayaking experience. We were there when there were terrific storms for a couple of days which damaged the beach but had no problem as space in the villa to read, play games and popped out on to the terrace in pauses in the rain! Great commuincation with both the owner and the local maintenance company. Definitely recommend as a good villa at a sensible price.

Fantastic time

Myself and my family have a lovely stay at this villa. From the start Julian's communication was excellent and answered all my questions. Location - 15 minute taxi from the airport 8 minutes walk from town 10 - 15 walk from the beach Bus stop right outside as well for those without a car Cala n Porter had a nice town with good places to eat and places to shop The beach was a lovely sandy beach with clear water. The villa - had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was fully equipped Good aircon TV Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors Large clean pool Sunbeds Nice clean bbq Roof terrace with seating for evening games watching the sunset Outdoor lighting in the garden and pool was also great I could go on... No negatives from out stay. Thank you

Fantastic villa

We had a really brilliant experience staying in this villa. It has all that you need, 3 bedrooms with enough beds for 6 of us, a kitchen with all that you might need, 2 bathrooms (one is an en-suite), large living space and 3 great terraces outside and of course the amazing pool! One main terrace, one pool terrace and one roof terrace - all have various seating and we used all at various points of the day! The villa is situated around 10 minutes walk from the centre of Cala en Porter where there are supermarkets and restaurants. I would advise a car though as the beach is a cove itā€™s possible to walk to it (by the road or up and down 181 steps) but so much easier by car!! Despite the weather only being in high teens we swam in pool and sea which were both quite cold but bearable! Would highly recommend staying at this place, great location to be in terms of not far from airport and easy access to the rest of the island. We had a beautiful time and wish to come back at different times of the year.

Lovely villa in peaceful location

Villa Baythorne is located in a quiet residential area just a 10 mins walk from restaurants plus a well stocked supermarket providing daily bread. This villa comes with a generous sized pool and ample terraces to enjoy the warm sunny daysā€¦small bonus was the outdoor heated shower - which was great following hot days on the beach. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the air con throughout was really quiet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Thereā€™s a lovely local beach, sun beds cost ā‚¬20/ pair. Weā€™d advise to prebook your restaurants and particularly enjoyed several nice meals at #La Vela (very good with allergies) with wonderful views of the sunset and Paella @ #Lorenga was especially good too. Son Bou beach is a short drive away and well worth a visit with shallow sandy waters. You can also pick up the bus from the square to Mahon ā‚¬1.80/person one way, then pick up a taxi on your return. Our family of 4 all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa and would like to thank Julian for all his excellent communication - as always 1 week just wasnā€™t long enough!

Toller Urlaub in den Herbstferien

We had a very relaxing break at Villa Baythorne. The villa is lovely, very well-equipped and the pool is a very good size and spotlessly clean. Excellent villa with great pool

This was our third stay at this very spacious and well equipped villa and as before we were not disappointed. It is located in a particularly quiet area of the village, but is within easy walking distance of the village centre with a great selection of good restaurants. The villa is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need (including a laundry room) and is completely private. The owner is also most helpful, very responsive and always happy to provide information and recommendations. Whilst there we had a problem with the electrical supply tripping following a thunder storm, however this was immediately sorted by the local agent via a telephone call. All in all a really excellent villa that we would have no hesitation in recommending.

Great villa and location

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa - great location within 10 minutes of the main bar and restaurant area as well as the beach. Great pool and very quiet neighbourhood. The owner Julian was also super helpful with recommendations and flexibility around our departure. Highly recommend.
