This duplex embraces its stunning coastal setting, with sun and ocean vistas filling every room. You will be booking one side of the duplex, Unit 1, a private 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome designed for the ultimate beach experience.

Second Level: The main living area features an open kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a full bathroom. Step out onto your private deck to enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Third Level: Two serene bedrooms await, each with its own en-suite full bathroom and private balcony overlooking the beach. Wake up to the gentle waves and watch the sunset from the comfort of your room.

A third full bathroom on the second level is perfect for rinsing off after a day of sun and sand. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped for a relaxing stay.

North: A 30-minute walk up the beach leads you to the wild and natural Caladesi Island State Park, annually ranked as one of North America's top beaches for its pristine sand, wildlife, and clear waters.

South: A 10-minute walk takes you to the vibrant Pier 60 and Clearwater's nightlife. Here you'll find an abundance of shops, restaurants, and activities like pier fishing, jet ski rentals, and parasailing. Each evening, Pier 60 comes alive with artists and street performers as everyone gathers for the spectacular sunset.

Unit was clean and host was easy to reach when communication was needed. We enjoyed coffee breaks on the balcony while soaking in the view. Location was perfect for walks on the beach or walks on the strip. We enjoyed beach chairs and toys that were left for use.

Our stay was really good. If I had to say anything maybe leave a dishwasher pod so upon leaving, we could start the dishwasher. Location and view were amazing. We really liked being able to walk out to the beach, unlike a condo with elevators.

Wonderful location right on the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the A/C one of the nights and the property manager got someone to fix it immediately! We would stay here again!

Great location! Couldn’t ask for better views. We loved everything about this place. It’s not fancy, but I wouldn’t expect it to be…It’s a beach house. It wasn’t super clean (in a deep cleaned sense), but it was cleaned and cared for between guests. The only thing I would warn other guests about that it is clearly is a rental and there are NO extra “things” around. For example, the only scissors in the place was a kitchen scissors. You won’t find an extra bag, rubber band, cleaning product, or even a broom anywhere. It’s stocked only with essentials. Which is totally fine, but just odd compared to many places I’ve stayed. Overall, it’s a cute place and you’re paying for location over luxury, but if that’s your style, it’s perfect! We’ll book again in a heartbeat if we come back to the area.

The house was clean, right on the beach, and very quiet. It's within walking distance to alot of restaurants, shops, and activities but it's just far enough away that it's peaceful. It was perfect for my wife and I.

Beach house

The proximity to the beach was wonderful! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is kind of dated and it would be a lot nicer if all of the old carpeting was taken out. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

My favorite place to stay on Clearwater Beach

We've stayed here before, and will definitely stay here again. As pointed out in quite a few other reviews, this is the best location on the beach.Or, should I say "in the beach" as this beach house is tucked in behind two sand dunes - at least one of which currently has a turtle nesting in it. She made a surprise detour across the back of the property and it was amazing to watch her make her way to the dune!This is a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk south (which our kids like) is all the activity of Pier 60 and South Clearwater Beach. A leisurely beach walk (a few miles) north brings you to the natural beauty of Caladesi Island. (My favorite beach walk.) The gulf front beach views are unparalleled - from every room, including the kitchen. There are porches from each bedroom, as well as from the dining room, which provides a lovely place to work or read while still being "at the beach." You will never miss a sunset. I'm always sad to leave and look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely magical stay — 5 stars all the way!This Clearwater Beach House is a true hidden gem that captures the charm and tranquility of Old Florida like no other place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location — you’re literally steps from the soft white sand and the soothing sounds of the Gulf. No crowded resorts, no elevators or concrete corridors — just your own private slice of paradise.The home itself is immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. With three full bathrooms, two serene bedrooms (each with a balcony and stunning ocean views!), and a deck off the main living area, there was plenty of space for our family to relax and unwind. The view of the sunset each evening was nothing short of breathtaking — and thanks to the home’s smart design, we never missed a single one.The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall vibe was peaceful, clean, and welcoming. We loved walking the beach up to Caladesi Island, and when we wanted a bit more action, Pier 60 and its shops, restaurants, and entertainment were just a short stroll away.Extra touches like covered parking, beach gear, and a third full bathroom on the main floor made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.This is not just a rental — it’s a rare beachfront experience that’s becoming harder and harder to find. We already can’t wait to return!Highly, highly recommend!

Beach Life

We stayed at this property for our son’s spring break. We had a great week! This is the perfect location on the beach to enjoy the sand and Ocean. So many great restaurants in walking distance to the property!!When we arrived Jade greeted us. She was putting the final touches on the house. She was incredibly helpful! The pictures of the views don’t do it justice. The Views from inside and outside the house are incredible!There were also some cosmetic changes to window treatment and bedding not shown in pictures, that made the space feel more updated. We loved having the three levels, the shaded area under the balconies had a picnic table, this area was very useful. We would definitely stay here again.Thanks for the memories Andrew, Jade & Clearwater Beach:)

Great place! Location to beach amazing! Fun bars restaurants within walking distance. Only hick up was the punch key on front door, worked sometimes - but a key was available. Host was great helping with the situation. I would stay there again!

Awesome Location - Ok at best Property

Don't know if you can get a better location. Direct ocean view and walkable to downtown area with restaurants/shopping etc. Property itself is worn down a bit. Really only sleeps 4 comfortably. 1 Queen and two single beds. There is also a single futon and a couch (but its not a pull-out couch). I guess that is how you get six...BUT....there are no extra blankets for futon or couch either. Had to buy coffee maker (although host did reimburse)... no trash bags, no dishwasher or laundry soap at all upon arrival. Beach chairs were super rusted, small and flimsy. Not what you would expect for the price. It is VERY basic. Bring everything you need. So much potential for this to be a 5-star property but it is not. All that said, if you are booking for the location specifically, you will be happy as it is super convenient to the beach and parking is nice.

Perfect Beach Location

We love the easy access to the beach - to the park and within walking distance to restaurants. It is spacious and light and plenty of room to have family or friends come and stay. The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is that it is somewhat dated - outdoor furniture is not comfortable, beach chairs were non-existent (could be from earlier storm?) and dishware is not conducive to beach house.However with that being said - we have returned because the owner is responsive and the location can't be beat.

Perfect Location

Great Location, walking distance to everything. Other than needing some light bulbs replaced, more cooking utensils, and some updating the house is absolutely perfect. Great views from every room and balconies. Very clean inside and out. If you want beachfront, this is it! Would stay here again.
