The villa is within walking distance of Es Forti Beach and has all amenities close at hand including shops and restaurants. This means that a car isn't essential, unless you are going out to explore this wonderful island. The sophisticated marina of Cala D'or is also less than a mile away, another popular area, with a greater choice of chic bars and eateries.
