Unlike other rentals the kids have space and more importantly parents have space to enjoy coffee on the porch in the morning and cocktails at night while the kids are watching TV inside just a windows view away. We rent only full weeks Saturday to Saturday.

After soaking up the sun at the beach, come home and rinse in enclosed outside showers then relax and sit at dusk on your private front porch enjoying yourself while the children are inside watching tv or playing in the yard. Plenty of room where the kids can enjoy themselves and allowing you some space to enjoy your downtime. The Wildwoods are also famous for their Friday night fireworks right on the beach. You can view the fireworks from the front porch.

Additional Fees:

There is a cleaning service who will clean the home upon departure of tenants. Cleaning Fee will be taken from security if home requires additional cleaning upon departure i.e. rugs requiring shampooing. Tenants are expected to leave home in reasonably clean fashion or pay the additional excessive cleaning fee for a service. We want you to enjoy the home as if it was yours.
