We are excited to share our brand new condo for your vacation - one block from the beach & boardwalk! Family-friendly, new construction (2016), plenty of room for larger families and your family get-togethers. This two-story, three-bedroom, three full bathrooms, with outdoor shower, has all-new everything from furniture to upgraded appliances. The unit also features one spacious balcony with overhead covering so you may enjoy the space in all weathers - sits four people comfortably. This unit is furnished not as a rental but as a home, with working fireplace unit in upstairs Family Room.

With a Custom Kitchen, your family can enjoy home-cooked meals with the five-burner stove, full-range oven, toaster and Keurig. Kitchen stocked with staple supplies and kitchenware. But, if take-out is preferred, this property is located less than a block from the famous Sam's Pizza, Jimbos, Shoobies and Munchies, just to name a few.

Internet, WiFi, 2 58" flat screen Smart HD TVs, HBO Package and Live streaming. Enclosed garage for parking as well as keyless entry.

This was a great location. A block away from the beach and boardwalk. The kids loved how close we were to Gateway 26. Mike was very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions or concerns. Our family would stay here again.

Great beach rental

Unit was one of the cleanest that we have stayed in over the past 12 years staying in North Wildwood. Great location- easy walking distance to beach and boardwalk.

This place is awesome, very cute furnishings, very clean. The place was close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this place and the project manager was great to deal with.

Great location & size of rooms.The basement pull out bed needs to be updated- not comfortable.Kitchen has a great layout but pans should be replaced. Nonstick coating on pans is scratched & not usable.

Great spot to stay

Overall good experience. Only downside was that I had to provide my own toilet paper/paper towels and trash cans after staying there a week. Most places I stay at usually provide that. Other than that the place was great. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay

Our family enjoyed our week at this house. The house was very clean. From the bedrooms to the bathrooms. It is a block and a half from the boardwalk. Perfect location. It was very quiet at night. The pool on the property is a big plus for the days you don't want to go to the beach or leave the beach early and sit by the pool. Another big plus for us was, the shower in the master bedroom has built in seat in it which was perfect for an elderly parent. Great place to rent.

Annual Wildwood Vacation

BOOK THIS HOME! Mike & Amy were incredible to do business with. Both very responsive and easy to talk to. The home was clean, beautiful, and just what we needed. 6 Adults & 6 children we fit with ease and the location was impeccable! The amenities alone (outdoor shower, pool, multiple bathrooms) were worth every penny. We will be rebooking with 100% certainty.

North WW annual family vacation

The location of this condo was fantastic. Easy to walk just about anywhere you needed and could be on the beach or boards in minutes. There are a few issues we encountered during our stay that made things a little difficult. The wifi was constantly in and out which was hard since our baby monitor uses wifi to work so we were tied to the room to keep an eye on the baby while sleeping because the camera wouldn’t stay connected. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser that hardly work so we had to buy cases of water. We found two people cannot shower at the same time if you want hot water and good water pressure. Aside from those items, the property was clean, the hostess were very good with communication, the beds were comfortable and it was a decent amount of space for our group. We were looking forwarded to having the pool be an option for our group of kids to not always have to lug everything to the beach but being that it is a shared pool, most days it was too busy to go to. Overall we had a great time and made family memories and that’s what it is all about.

Wonderful week in north wildwood!

My family and I have been vacationing in wildwood for the last four years and this time we wanted a property with a pool and that’s how we came about this townhome on East 25th street. The pool is small but nice. It’s shared between a few other townhomes. Some days it was crowded and some days we had it all to ourselves. The home itself is immaculate! The owner takes pride in his property and it shows. All the bedrooms were nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and made upon arrival with sheets and a comforter. The bathrooms had towels, wash clothes, floor mats and toilet paper. The master bath had a hairdryer and straightener. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make a family meal at home. The air conditioning worked really well. At times we were so cold even when we turned up the temp. I would advise to bring a throw blanket for the coach and some warmer clothes for inside the house. The owner leaves two tide pods for doing wash. If you have little ones like myself you will be doing more than two loads of wash so I also advise to bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For the beach there were beach chairs and a beach cart. The walk to the beach was easy. This location is perfect! Overall we had a great week and I would highly recommend this property to others:)

Lovely Property

My group of 10 family members vacationed at this property August 7th-14th. We were delighted to find a bright, spacious, well equipped property with sufficient sleeping accommodations. The open kitchen, dining, and living area was comfortable for the large group. The property owner takes pride in his property and it is evident. Furnished comfortably with a beachy feel. The boardwalk is an easy walk The beach area I prefer was about a 5 block walk. We enjoyed our stay and found the owner quick to respond to our questions. Terrific property and fun vacation

Everything was mostly great. There were a few thing though - under upstairs living room furniture needed dusting, Room in back to the left smelled like pee. Non of the boogie boards worked - all cracked in half.

The location of this amazing property can not be beat! The accommodations, the conveniences and the cleanliness of this property were off the charts. Excellent Stay!

Great property close to boardwalk and beach! Condo was well appointed and had all kitchen necessities. Beach cart, chairs and Pool were great bonuses! Owner was accessible during the visit. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Wildwood days

All 10 of my family enjoyed the lovely home. The only concern was the sturdiness of the bunk bed. Also leaving on Saturday left trash in the cans for us andfor the next rentors. Can't change the trash day!
