This place was exactly as listed! Perfect in every way! The bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards were amazing additions! The outdoor shower was a huge plus! The clothes line in the garage is perfect for drying out swim wear and towels. The patio area is semi-private, but the neighbors are quiet, no one is around- so not an issue at all. Location is perfect! Close to beaches, food trucks, restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was conveniently located and nearby. Whether you wanted to walk or ride bikes or drive. Easy to get around and find what you need. The house itself is new and very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with what you’d expect, the linens and bath towels all good quality & beach towels provided. Which was really nice! Washer and dryer was another great perk. Super happy about our stay! Loved everything the property had to offer! Recommend 100%!

Very clean, location was great to walk to many options for stores, food and beaches. Plenty of space for two. Easy to drive to other attractions on the island. Host provided all the information we needed in very clear, advance communications.

Excellent lodging! We wished we could’ve stayed here. This was the perfect spot for us and our infant daughter. Clean and open layout. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need: Tupperware, utensils, cooking supplies, and other odds and ends. The garage space has a clothesline and beach gear. The outdoor shower is perfect for cleaning up after the beach or relaxing and watching the stars. There are 2 AC units: main area and bedroom. Both worked very well and cooled the space down quickly. Laundry (washer, dryer) was accessible and easy to use. Great communication from the host.

What you see is what you get

Such a lovely little house! And by far the most clean one we've ever had. We felt very comfortable. Everything was on par with the description and the pictures. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which suited us just fine but beaches, shops, restaurants are within walking distance and Koloa is only a short drive away. Communication with Destination Kauai before and during our stay was excellent. We had a minor problem and it was promptly seen to.

beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood, very close to the beach

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while we were on the south shore of Kauai and we absolutely loved it. They supplied chairs, snorkels, boards, and an umbrella for us to bring to the beach and the house was nice and clean. We went on a walk each morning we were there and felt so at home. We didn’t realize that there was no AC so we were caught off guard but thankfully they also had several stand up fans in the house! 10/10

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach

Great house in a great location. House was very clean and well maintained. Provided beach gear was perfect to take with on the short drive or walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood that is also very close to shops and grocery store. Will for sure stay again on my next Kauai trip.

Excellent Location

Exactly what we looked forward to. Nice, quiet upscale neighborhood that is well located to beach & restaurants. Support was lacking on mattress. Other than that, it’s a cute and convenient place.

Perfect for a couple

Very well appointed property - centrally located to many amenities in the Poipu area. The on-line descriptions are precise and we had no surprises. The house was essentially like new. Very quiet street, very quiet neighborhood.

This home has everything you need. It is small, clean and modern. The winds kept the place cool if the windows were kept open. Nice to have a garage with two bikes to cruise around with. The area is very quiet with beautiful homes.

Perfect place to stay next to paradise

We loved staying at Hale Minoaka. The location was absolutely perfect to get to all parts of the island . There were plenty of beaches,shops and restaurants within minutes.the home was beautifully decorated and had all amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

Very clean, well updated, cozy place. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower to rinse off sand from the long beach days. This place has everything we needed and has a great home feeling. The beach chairs, umbrella and bikes were a bonus. The only downside is the furniture wasnt very comfortable to lounge around, but that didnt break my stay for me.

Great Find In Poipu Beach Estates

Loved our stay! The place was private and quiet but close to everything in Poipu. The house was clean and updated. Checking in and out was a breeze. Made great use of the beach chairs and bikes provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Poipu Getaway

The place was very clean and homey. We loved the bikes and beach gear in the garage. Outdoor shower was also a huge plus. Location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping, and closer to Waimea than Lihue.

Cutest and Cleanest Place Ever

This was hands down the cleanest place we have stayed. Some of this may come from being a newer build, but they seemed to have amazing folk doing the cleaning and maintenance. There was zero signs of previous guests. Place very cute, neighborhood is great, friendly folk.

This is a very well maintained property that while not on the ocean is close enough to bike or even walk. This little house is located in a beautiful, upscale quiet neighborhood. Especially loved the outdoor shower and the table and chairs outdoors. This is a newer property and everything is in very good condition. We went on to Honolulu after our 5 night stay and are now regretting not staying longer at this property and in Kauai. Very relaxing!

Quiet, Clean, and Cozy

Neighborhood is quiet, cottage is well maintained and modernized. No air conditioning, but if you keep the fans running and windows open while there it stays cool (even when it's up 90 degrees out!). It is a nice place for 1-2 people to stay around beaches and restaurants, but far enough away to keep things quiet and private!
