Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.

The postcode is EX33 2JS. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple and Braunton.* Upon reaching Braunton you will pass SQ Restaurant on your right. Take the immediate next right here, which is Heanton Street. The property will be around 50 yards on your left (Number 11). You may park temporarily on the pavement directly outside the house for a short time to unload the car.
There is usually ample on-road parking spaces along Wrafton Road, which is located at the top of Heanton Street. Alternatively, you can park in the Caen public car park, which is located around 400 metres from the property.
*Alternative Braunton route – Avoiding peak holiday traffic
You will have passed over two roundabouts going through Chivenor. 400 metres after the last roundabout and just before the Perrigo factory on your left, take the right turn on to Wrafton Road. There will be a right hand turn feeder channel for this turning. Carry on Wrafton Road for Approx 800 metres, passing The Braunton Academy and Recreation Ground on your left. On your right you will pass a road called Brittons Close, after doing this take the next turning which is Heanton Street. The property will be around 100 yards on your right towards the bottom of the road. You may park temporarily on the pavement directly outside the house for a short time to unload the car.
