The Villas combine charm and comfort with the beautiful surroundings of the unspoilt north side of the island of Skiathos. These luxurious villas are ideal for families, couples and small groups of friends who seek to get away for a while in a friendly, laid-back environment and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There are two villas next to each other, built in a contemporary architectural style, with stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings. The interior design of Olivia’s Villas is very sophisticated with walls and furniture painted in pale colors that harmoniously blend with the relaxing environment. Several cozy sitting areas with amazing sea views will delight you in a unique Sporades atmosphere while offer moments of independence.

Wonderful

When we arrived at this villa we were amazed at the beautiful sea view. It was a dream come true and all the mod cons you would need for your stay. A short drive to some fab eating places and also lovely beaches. My grand daughter spent most of her time swimming in the pool. This is a holiday for many years to come i think. Thanks Roula. Beautiful property on wonderful location

We had a lovely holiday in Villa Olivia. Our visit was during Corona-times, but the owner took every possible precaution. The house is beautiful and very clean, we would highly recommend it. Just be aware that there are a lot off stairs, this is not so easy for people with limited mobility.

Amazing!!

Such a great holiday in Skiathos, would recommend the island and this villia to anyone. Beautiful views of the sun rising and the moon was incredible (end of May) The villa was great, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and pool was lovely. Maid service outstanding, fresh towels everyday and kept very clean. Thank you so much Roula Koutsoureli for making us welcom and letting us enjoy your beautiful villia. We will be back!

Great views and tranquility

We came from Spain to stay at Olivia's 1 in the middle of June. The Villa and it's facilities were great and the views and tranquility were breathtaking. All the villa was tidy and clean and it was cleaned every day by a lovely lady as well as the pool and the garden. Roula, the owner, was very helpful since the beginning. She came to pick us up at the airport so we could follow her with our car to the villa. She was always available to help whenever we needed. She recommended places to visit etc. Our only drawback was the wifi technical issues which was available only the first couple of days of our stay, due to the upgrade of the line in the area. The location is not bad because its not far from skiathos town but you will need to rent a car to move around. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and the island in general, great weather and food and beautiful beaches. All this in company with the locals that following the Greek spirit, are great hosts and always proud to show their beautiful country.

An exceptional property with breathtaking views

We were attending a wedding in Skiathos with our two children and their grandparents, and choose villa Olivia as the images looked exactly what we needed, and only a few km's from Skiathos town, the location was good. On arrival at the airport we met the owner Roula, who also helped us organise a car ahead of time, and having lived in London, her English was excellent. She was extremley helpful throughout the week, with the couple of things we needed. The villas situation is high up about 4 kms away from Skiathos town, and although remote, does not seem isolated, and the views are breathtaking, although a car is necessary. The villa is very modern, built and to an extremly high standard, it blends traditional craftsmanship with modern architecture. The pool was a welcome retreat in the heat, and there were many pleasant areas around the villa in which to relax. The only issue we had was a storm a week before we arrived had taken out the wifi, but Roula had organised a wifi stick for us. The daily maid service was also a touch of luxury.

Fabulous week away

Huge thank you to Roula, pre holiday she was an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble, giving advice, sorting a meet with family, answering endless emails. On arrival she met us at the airport and showed us to the villa, it is conveniently located for both the airport and the views were just stunning. Accommodation was immaculate, large lounge with balcony off, fitted kitchen, outside dining area, three bedrooms, one ensuite plus additional bathroom. Pool area is great (just wish it was heated), a great place to catch some rays and relax. Additional thank you to Liana the housekeeper who did an amazing job and was a lovely lady. All in all would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing!

We stayed at Olivia this August with our 2 young children and parents. Olivia 1 & 2 are everything they seem online and more. The stay got off to a great start when Roula the owner met us at the airport and showed us the way, even helping transport our luggage. Roula had been a huge help from start to finish, going out of her way to instal safety gates and get extra cots and high chairs for us. When we arrived at the villas we could not believe how amazing it was. The views were breath taking and the pool was amazing. Every room in the Villa is decorated to the highest standard and they have everything you could hope for, including a BBQ, wash room, utility room etc etc. The villas were cleaned every day by a wonderful lady who was also extremely helpful. The pool was cleaned regularly and the garden was immaculate. I could not imagine a more wonderful place to spend time on holiday, or a more helpful group of people. Amazing!
