There is an apartment on the ground level which connects via the internal marble stairway. The apartment also has its own private entrance and features a kitchen with large refrigerator, electric oven and stove-top, a bedroom with two single beds, full bathroom, and a spacious sitting room that has a trundle bed (like a sofa) and a fold-out queen-size futon.

The sliding glass door from the apartment living room and bedroom open to a covered terrace. The pool is just steps away.

Adjacent to the apartment is a spacious recreation area with large glass-doors with southern facing views allowing lots of light. The large recreation room opens directly onto the pool and garden terraces. This air-conditioned space has a ping pong table and tables with chairs for games and group activities. There is a full bathroom, refrigerator, and a sink.
In a section of this room an adjustable bedroom which sleeps up to 4 people has been created. It is separated by mobile dividing screens.

This area can easily accommodate catered functions such as weddings, engagement parties, leadership training and team building, spiritual and meditation and exercise seminars.

There is an independent pool-side bedroom located next to the pool and away from the house. It has its own private terrace and pergola which is covered by a grape vine.

The infinity pool is situated just steps from the villa and is surrounded by gardens and olive groves. The Infinity effect gives a relaxing experience as the naturally colored water visually blends with the sea below. The view from inside and outside the pool is spectacular. At night, the pool is illuminated by internal lights, which along with surrounding terrace lights, offer a very romantic and peaceful atmosphere.

There is a new outdoor kitchen with breathtaking views. It is equipped with fridge, sink and gas BBQ.
