This property provides you with Two Rooms separate rooms in Deptford, with Fully Equipped Kitchenette and Desk - Perfect for Students and Professionals

These two studio rooms are perfect for students or professionals who want a comfortable living space with a private fully equipped kitchenette and desk. Each room comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk and chair.

The kitchenette has a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, and all necessary cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare your meals at home. There is also a private bathroom on the first floor, ensuring you have complete privacy and convenience.
In addition to that there is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor that is shared with all 3 studios in the building but can be used by all guests.

Located in the vibrant area of Deptford, you will be close to a variety of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The area is well-connected, with excellent transport links to the rest of London via Canada Water station, which is just a short walk away. The city is also easily accessible via public transport.

We have a total of 3 studios in the building which are ideal for group stays.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves

Other things to note
-Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
-The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
- The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
-Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organized on request for additional charge
-We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
-Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

- Smoking at the property is not allowed
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in London, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
