Great place to stay!

Our family loved our time at this property. It was clean and spacious and very well maintained. The residence has everything we needed to really cook great meals and really relax and have a great time with the entire group.

Family Ski Trip

We had an excellent visit to Park City. The property is a convenient 5 minute walk to the slopes and the base of main street. A great layout for a mix of kids and adults or multiple couples.

Ideal romantic getaway

Everything was perfect here! Close to Main St and all the shopping, beautiful views, with a spacious and private top floor master suite perfect, for a couple getaway.

Little birthday get away

This location is perfect. It was a very short (5 minute) walk to Main Street and great hiking nearby. The amenities are top notch. We were impressed with all the spices they had available. The home was very clean and from check-in to check-out things were perfect. We definitely would stay here again. It was a perfect place to stay with lots of room!

Great location but could use a few things

Needed work on the cleaning aspect and deferred maintenance on the property. Downstairs bedroom had dead spiders on the floor and couch causing our daughter to no sleep there because she HATES spiders. The second level bedroom comforter had blood on it. The kitchen could use some more basic food items like oil, salt/spices, and a liquid measuring cup would have been nice but we made due with the dry measuring cups. We called housekeeping about the back porch being really dirty and full of leaves and the grill not having any propane and they came out and cleaned up the porch and installed propane right away. The main level AC unit kept coming out of the window because the tape wouldn’t stick. Maybe find a better way to get it to stay? The cleanliness of the place could use a little more work. Otherwise it was a great location and suited what we needed for our stay.

We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will also relay your comments regarding the liquid measuring cup, AC unit, and grill to the home owner and our maintenance team to address ASAP. Please note that we only provide a starter pack of amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc) and anything needed beyond that is the responsibility of the guest. We do apologize for any inconvenience. We are glad you enjoyed the location and hope you will give us another chance to host you again in the future!

Park City Stay

Great property, clean, very easy to access, accurate to all the photos and responsive hosts. Entirely positive feedback wrt the property itself. The only problem was that the rental agency was very inflexible with price/cancellations due to COVID. Sundance got canceled, Omicron got worse, we had some immunocompromised folks in our group and were trying to either rebook for later in the year or reduce the price to match non-Sundance pricing. The rental agency was very rigid and even though initial payments were stated to be non-refundable, would not budge given the extenuating circumstances.

Great location for skiing!

The property is an easy walk to Park City mountain, a little farther for Deer Valley and Canyon. Very close to downtown PC as well. Really beautiful master bedroom with heated flooring, great amenities (esp hot tub) and all accurate based on listing, although I will say the bunk beds might be appropriate for a younger group (we were all grad students). Overall a great stay, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and residence

Really enjoyed our stay here, perfect location to the park city mountain for skiing and 10 minute walk to restaurants on park avenue. House was updated and clean, plenty of room for 3 couples or a big family. Big kitchen to make meals if you don’t want to eat out and the hot tub was well maintained to get in any time you wanted. Will absolutely stay here next time I visit and highly recommend

A bit dark

Nice place overall, a bit dark inside- walking to 'town' is not really a 'right there' think, walking back is even less. The walk and drive needed to be maintained better for ice and snow, dangerous

Terrific location! Great for Families!

This Haven in the Hills of Park City is in a great, walk-to-everything location. This cozy house is well-designed and has a nice western vibe. With a bedroom on each floor, everyone has their own space, and the living room has plenty of seating for everyone to gather. There is a treasure trove of family games, puzzles, etc. but it is hard to find, so ask! Also, I wish I could upload a photo of the BEST toy/play kitchen I have ever seen. My 18 y o was impressed, and this could occupy a younger child for hours! You should post the photo with the others in the property description! We had a few special requests and minor issues which were handled quickly by the property management company.

Great Location! Well appointed unit!

We had 4 guys stay in this unit for a long ski weekend. This unit would be great for families too! You have a short 3 block walk to the main ski area. Unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Thank you!
