Rural finca with private pool, for 6 people in the Levante de Mallorca between Porto Cristo, Manacor and Porto Colom.

The farm has 17 000m2 and is situated in a quiet area, near the beach and the picturesque village of Son Macia, with a fantastic view, in a charming landscape.

The house has a living area of ​​180m2 on 2 levels. It has 3 bedrooms, (3 doubles), 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite), fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious lounge with satellite TV and wifi internet. Each of the 3 rooms have direct and independent to the area of ​​the pool.
The house is surrounded by beautiful terraces both covered and uncovered, one with wood stove. The room on the first floor has a private terrace.
3. The pool is 5x16m and has wonderful views of the mountains.
It offers sun all day.

This home is beautiful! The host is very attentive and kind, and detailed-oriented! The location is very close to the Nadal Academy, so this is perfect if you or anyone in your family is participating in the program. 5 Stars!

Perfectly compact and practical

Tiffany our host could not have been more helpful, welcoming and on hand. The property was well suited to our needs, practical, compact and homely. The Rafa Nadal Accademy where we booked courts was a 5 minute drive, it also has a spa, the local supermarkets 10 minutes and the beaches 15-20 with no mountain wiggly roads. The house felt very private and surrounded by trees and shrubs. The swimming pool has an excellent design and perfect for lengths and cooling off. Overall we loved our stay there.

Perfect holidays!

Our stay at Tiffany’s and Joan’s finca was absolutely stunning. The house, the pool area and view are fantastic. Traveling as a familiy of 5, the finca met all our needs in terms of room infrastructure, i.e. generous living room with integrated kitchen area and three sleeping rooms, all having their own access to the pool and garden area. Especially the fully equipped kids room with plenty of toys (books, games etc.) was well received by all our kids. On top of the beautiful house and garden, Tiffany was the perfect host who welcomed us warmly and provided us with helpful tips for the area. The infrastructural setup of the finca close to Manacor was very helpful and provided various options for access to convenience goods. Yet, the house is very tranquil and private. Perfect holidays!

Perfect peace

We are in our 70s and have just spent a week in this beautiful house. The views are amazing, the pool is dry long and a complete delight, the garden with all the different little sitting places was a joy and the evening light over the hill was magical. It would be lovely too for a family. There was a generous supply of towels and kitchenware. All the appliances worked well although we used neither the air-con or fire. The BBQ is a bit basic certainly if there more than two of you. Tiffany gave us a very good welcome, meeting us up the road and was helpful during our stay. I do not know how she can bear to be away from her unique and charming house.

Wonderful villa with beautiful pool

We (a family of 6 with kids ages from 4 to 8)stayed for 9 days in this wonderful villa. It is airy, light and fully equipped. It has everything you want for a relaxing holiday. A large veranda with a hammock, a great pool with a shallow part (the kids loved to play on it), mountain views, huge sliding doors to the kitchen/living room, large bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Bath- and pool towels are included, the basics are provided (salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets etc,) and soms lovely bread, cheese and oil were waiting when we arrived. One minor thing: the chairs to the first floor are a bit scary (one side has no bar), so in my opinion it is not suitable for small kids. We did not care, because there are 2 bedrooms on the groundfloor as well. Tiffany is a great host and we would love to come back some day!

Zum Abschalten und Akku aufladen genau das Richtige

Wir hatten eine super schöne und entspannte Zeit. Die Kommunikation vor, während und nach unserem Urlaub war super. Tiffany und Juan sind wahnsinnig bemüht einem einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Finca liegt wahnsinnig schön außerhalb vom Manacor. Es ist daher unbedingt ein Auto erforderlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Tiffany und Juan

Schöne Finca mit Reparaturbedarf!

Diese Finca liegt in der Nähe von Manacor in einer schönen Umgebung. Die Fincas selbst ist wie auf den Bilder beschrieben. Das Hightlight stellt der große Pool dar. Leider ist das Gesamtbild der Bewertung durch den Zustand des Objektes getrübt. Viele Kleinigkeiten (Außendusche, Holzbeblankung Pooldeck, Mobiliar, Fenster, Verdunklung Räume, Toreinfahrt ohne Beleuchtung) haben uns gestört bzw. entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung. Erfreulich ist die Unterstützung von Tiffany, die immer ansprechbar war und versucht hat eine schnelle Lösung zu finden. Insgesamt fanden wir die Finca mit den angesprochenen Mängel für zu teuer und würden das Angebot nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne ruhige Finca

Die Finca liegt abseits der Hauptstraße in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Architektonisch interessant gestaltet, verbindet sie moderne Elemente mit großen Fensterflaechen mit dem ursprünglichen Aufbau einer Finca. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein Highlight ist der 16Meter lange Pool, der auch Traingsmoeglichkeiten für Schwimmer bietet. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Zusammengefasst hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir diese Finca wieder mieten würden.

Erster Urlaub auf einer Finca in Mallorca

Wir hatten auf der Finca einen Urlaub, wie man ihn sich kaum besser vorstellen kann. Es war im Haus wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar Tüten zum Eiswürfelmachen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unübertroffen aber ist die unglaublich hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft von Tiffany und Joan. Schon vor der Reise hat die Kommunikatioin mit Tiffany vorzüglich geklappt. Sie hat immer prompt geantwortet wenn es noch Fragen zu klären gab. Tiffany ist eine absolute "Kümmerin", selbst als sie schon auf Familienurlaub in Australien war, hat sie sich bei uns noch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob wir noch etwas bräuchten. Auch Joan hat sich liebevoll um meine "alten" Eltern und mich gekümmert und uns sogar einmal zum Einkaufen gefahren und ans Meer. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl in dem für unsere Verhältnisse sehr großen Haus und Anwesen gefühlt, und sind unendlich dankbar für die große Gastfreundschaft, die uns Tiffany und Joan entgegengebracht haben. Wenn möglich gerne jederzeit wieder.

Traumurlaub / Dream Vacation

Dank Tiffany und der wunderschönen Finca wurde unser Urlaub in der Nähe von Manacor zu einem wahren Traum. Besonders in einer Gruppe hat man ein sehr großes Areal für sich alleine und kann die wunderschöne Landschaft und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht und ist sehr ansprechend. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen. Danke! —- Thanks to Tiffany and the beautiful finca, our vacation near Manacor became a true dream. Especially in a group you have a very large area to yourself and can enjoy the beautiful landscape and gorgeous sunsets. The house has everything it needs and is very appealing. Absolutely stunning house and lovely hosts

Dear Tiffany and Joan, thanks so much for the amazing stay in your beautiful house. We had a really good time: the house is located perfectly near Manacor. You can get to the beaches in the south and east in 20-30 minutes. But you can also just stay in this absolutely stunning place and enjoy the views from the pool, the relaxing sounds of nature or a lazy afternoon on the daybed. In addition, Tiffany and Joan were caring and great hosts. They welcomed us, had tips for restaurants and yoga and introduced us to local food. We could not be more thankful and hope to be back soon. Perfekt!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der wunderschönen fFnca sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand oder Einkauf. Das Haus ist in einem besonderen, sehr individuellem Stil, mit einer sehr angenehmen Mischung aus stilistisch und gemütlich. Der Pool ist fantastisch, man konnte richtig schwimmen, sehr bequeme Liegen am geschützten Poolbereich. Der gesamte Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls zum Wohlfühlen, mit genügend Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen zum Essen und Entspannen. Tiffany ist eine sehr liebenswerte, hilfsbereite und äußert nette Gastgeberin, die jederzeit ansprechbar war. Ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus, das einzige Problem war die Familie zu einem Ausflug zu kriegen, weil sie lieber „zu Hause“ bleiben wollten.. wir werden hoffentlich noch einmal wieder kommen!

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Liebe Tiffany, wie unsere Vorgänger auch, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in eurem traumhaften Haus. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Unser Highlight war der Pool, aber auch der Ausblick, die Ruhe und die perfekte Austattung ließen uns jeden Tag genießen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und werden uns auf ein wunderschönes Haus und auch auf dich und deine Familie freuen Tiffany, denn du warst eine perfekte Gastgeberin und bist ein sehr herzlicher und lieber Mensch. Like coming home - but in the sun & with a pool!

We loved staying at Tiffany's place. She was lovely and helpful from start to finish, and it really made it so easy to settle in (especially with a two year old). We found everything we needed, and found it very handy to have the basics like salt/pepper/oil already there! It was immediately noticeable that both Tiffany and her husband have the same taste as us, and the pictures didn't even do justice to how nice the house is. The best thing was to find so much equipment for kids there already, from high chair to kids played/cutlery etc. Whenever we needed anything Tiffany was always there to help. And the location was great too, nice and quiet at the house but within easy reach of beaches, interesting little towns and easy to do food shopping in Manacor. We will definitely come back!

Tolle Unterkunft - wunderbare Vermieter

Liebe Tiffany & Familie, wir haben wunderbare 12 Tage in Eurem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wer Urlaub inmitten der Natur sucht, abseits von jeglichem Auto- oder Stadtlärm, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Küche, Bäder, Terassen, Garten, Pool ... man kann sich ausbreiten, hat Platz, viel Licht und Raum. Eine nettere, angenehmere Vermieterin kann man sich nicht wünschen! Wir möchten sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen. Michaela + Uli + Ira + Christoph + (Tara + Lars) Dear Tiffany and family We had 12 wonderful days in you lovely house. People who look for a calm place, outlying of town- and streetnoises are here dead right. You have a lot of space and light around you. Really one of the best places I have been. This was our second time we stayed at this fantastic house. I guess the fact that we booked this for the 2nd time in a row indicates how we loved this place. Best holiday in the best house!!

We hat such a good time! We stayed with 5 adults and 1 child for one week.We arrived at the 5th very early and Tiffany picked us up at a supermarket in Manacor. She showed us around and gave us wonderful recommendations through the whole Week wether Restaurants or Shopping or beaches. Tiffany and her family are so caring and are always anxious that there guests are having a good time. The house is so wonderful! Very open and enough place for us. It is easy to have good time in this house. Everything is there to enjoy the holiday to the fullest. The Pool and the outside area is so nice and spacious. We already discuss when we will come back. 5 stars for this house and its elaborate details!!
