5-bedroom villa located in the Portet-Paichi area, just 1.5 km from downtown and Portet Beach, with unobstructed views. Private pool. Garden. Barbecue. Garage. Parking. Central heating (gas). Air conditioning (cooling/heating).

The house has two floors connected internally. The main floor consists of a pool terrace, a porch, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a laundry room with access to the rear terrace, one bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90 x 190, and a third bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90 x 190. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of 1 shower room, 1 double bedroom with 2 90 x 200 mattresses, and a living room-bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm bed.

The lower level, at street level, consists of 2 garages (1 for private use).

Gas-fired central heating with radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning (cooling/heating) in the living-dining room and in the two bedrooms on the upper floor. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, except the living-bedroom.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.

During high season, the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with check-in and check-out on Saturday (check-in after 4 p.m.; check-out before 10 a.m.)
