Beautiful villa of 300 m² with 7 bedrooms, ideal for a good time with friends or 2 families. Indeed, the house is composed of 2 independent housing with both a beautiful view of the sea and Dénia. Nice view on the mount (Montgo) also. Each accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms and there is also a 7th independent bedroom on the 2nd floor, with solarium and beautiful sea view also.
Nice pool in L very nice with its view also splendid. WIFI, satellite TV, billiard and table tennis available. Each accommodation has its living room and its covered terrace with table and chairs. The 1st terrace allows to eat up to 14 people without problem.
This announcement is also on other sites because we have an agency on site that deals with inputs / outputs and the villa also rented, to improve our visibility.
Non smoking accommodation. No pets allowed.
The villa has a summer kitchen with sink, refrigerator, barbecue and stove + paella dish.
The ground floor accommodation includes a billiard table and on the summer kitchen side, there is a ping-pong table. Note that the jaccuzzi located on the summer kitchen side is not part of the services offered.
The villa is fully air conditioned in the living rooms and bedrooms.
On May 25, 2018, we proceeded to a reduction of our rates in an exceptional way for the year in progress because it is our 1st year of hiring and we thus do not have any opinion of vacationers. Take advantage of this opportunity because it is likely that it will not last.
Finally, a deposit of 800 € will be requested upon arrival and returned within 2 weeks after your departure. With regard to air conditioning as specified in the information on this subject, it is included in the tariff within the limit of reasonable use (200 kwh per week with meter readings done at the beginning and at the end of end of stay) because some people put the air conditioning while leaving the doors open which is an inappropriate environmental point of view and generates significant additional costs of electricity.
