Villa Minerva has a luxury look and offers a variety of options. It is an ideal place to retreat from the hectic and daily grind. The villa has a phenomenal view of an extensive nature.

Just 1000 metres from the beach, the luxury 16-person wellness holiday villa is located with its own entrance gate to the driveway for five cars, surrounded by a garden with XXXL jacuzzi on no less than 1 hectare of garden with authentic scrubland and various terraces. The villa exudes pure luxury but with the ambience of a family home. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets.

Outside, you will find a spacious lounge set and a dining table with 16 chairs. You can rent the XXL-jacuzzi (swimming spa) extra at an additional charge. The swim spa is 6 metres long and has the functionalities of a jacuzzi. Near the jacuzzi you will find an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before use.

The children can have fun outside all day by swimming, playing football or exploring the nature in the garden.

The pool house has rest areas, a shower and a sauna.

If you enter the house through the hallway, you will find a Green egg BBQ and in the cupboard the cushions for the lounge set and washing machine and dryer.

In the living room is a with XXL sofa and flat screen TV with, among other things, Netflix, so you can watch films and series of your choice with your own account. There is 1 gigabyte down and upload speed and there are Sonos boxes and Wifi amplifiers everywhere in the house. Of course, this home comes with a second living room with a gas fireplace where you can sit back and relax.

The cooking island and open kitchen is more than fully equipped, including a large induction hob, oven, 2 spacious fridges and a dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine for a delicious cup of coffee. Cooking in this kitchen is a delight for the cooking enthusiasts among us.

From the hallway on the ground floor you have further access to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with double sink and walk-in closet.

-Our holiday home is for rent for tourist and/or recreational use only. Groups of young people are not allowed. House rules apply.

The property is located between other holiday homes, so the following rules are intended to guarantee everyone's holiday enjoyment:
-no use of the swimming pool (open from Easter until the autumn holidays) after 22.00.
-no music outside and after 10 p.m. no noise for the neighbours and neighbouring houses.



Order Breakfast?From 8.30 am to 10.00 am, we deliver a luxurious breakfast directly to your accommodation. Enjoy fresh rolls, a variety of brown and white bread, crackers, yogurt with granola and fresh fruit, boiled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, an assortment of deli meats and cheese, butter and sweet spreads.

What you need to know:

Place your breakfast order at least 24 hours in advance.

The price is €22.50 per person and is designed to feed an adult.

We require a minimum order of 2 breakfast portions.

If you do not want deli meats, please mention this in the comments field along with the name of your accommodation. You can indicate this, for example, with the text: 'Preferably without deli meats'.
