Moli37 is a lovely holiday home located in the Santa Catalina neighborhood in the center of Palma de Mallorca, it is a property with a privileged location overlooking the port of the city. The property has a beautiful terrace, perfect to enjoy the warm and sunny climate of the island, as well as to admire the views of the port and the bay of Palma. Please note that the house is located in the nightlife district.

The house has three floors: the ground floor has a living room with SmartTV, a fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances and water treated by osmosis, which guarantees an exceptional culinary experience, a small laundry room and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is the terrace, where you can enjoy one of the best views of the city at any time. Note that this duplex apartment has just been renovated in January 2023, it is very well equipped and designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience to its guests. Of course it has 2 air conditioning units (warm / cold).

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the accommodation regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

- In order to access the property by car, it is essential to request an ACIRE circulation permit. We will give you the instructions when you make the reservation. We recommend that you park it in one of the nearby car parks, since the area is regulated parking.- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.
