Thank you for the review, Jennifer and whilst we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay, we note your comments about the size of lodge. High View is a cute two bedroom holiday lodge with lake views, a fantastic hot tub and spacious terrace. Our website page for High View does advise guests that it has a small second bedroom and is really only suitable for young children or a single adult. As you rightly say, ideally it is for a small family or a couple. We are delighted to note you were here when we had fantastic weather and made the most of being outdoors - and enjoyed the beautiful lake views from the lodge. Thank you for your review Rodney. We were sorry to hear there were a few things not quite as expected and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We do find that when it is sunny the doors tend to expand and therefore makes it a little harder to open and close. Had you called us we would have gladly come to check and sometimes we can fiddle with the doors to ease them. That said we shall check the doors along with the sofa and tv. Thank you for letting us know and we are pleased that you enjoyed White Cross Bay.

We particularly understand your concerns regarding the condition of the decking and outdoor furniture, especially with children staying at the lodge.
