Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,250 sq ft condo (Unit 403) in Purgatory Lodge (Unit 403) offers the ultimate convenience in winter or summer, as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only 50 yards from the primary high-speed lift to the top of the mountain, the Purgatory Express. This is the finest ski-in/ski-out location at the resort and includes a ski locker close to the slopes.

Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Resort's premium amenities including outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar.

The single level condo is located on the 4th floor (elevator access) and offers amazing views of the Needles Mountain Range and the ski resort. The condo was professionally decorated and each bedroom contains a flat screen TV as well as high end furnishings and linens.

The Lodge's upper floor, which includes the private bar and game room, is closed during the off-season when the ski resort isn't open (fall and April and May)

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
