Professionally Decorated Peregrine Point Steps to Lifts

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Unit 201) is located on the 2nd floor of Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.

Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living and dining spaces and the deck features views of the main plaza towards to the slopes.

There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

Main Living Space - Queen blow up mattress (w/pump)

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

It was great. Location was perfect for my parents to catch the shuttle up to Dantes for my for my daughters wedding. The drain in the master suite needs some work as it is slow to drain.

Great Huge Condo with every amenity

I was shocked how big this condo was, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the kitchen has every utensil you could need and more. Great location, walk right out to the lifts, hot tub and pool.

Location is awesome! Condo is very nicely laid out. The only thing it lacked was hot tub access. Three bedrooms were great, as were the bathrooms with plenty of hot water.

Nice large condo

It was nice and had everything we needed for a short stay. We paid $180.00 for a cleaning fee which was fine but then they had an envelope to tip the housekeepers. Shouldnā€™t $180.00 have gone to them? If not, where is that extra fee going? The front door code was not provided and this made it difficult for my guests that parked in the lot enter the building. Other then that we were very happy. The unit itself was beautiful and well appointed.

Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath condo

My family of four stayed here for an end of summer vacation. The property is located at the purgatory ski resort. Provided check-in and property instructions were detailed and provided adequate information. The property has comfortable furnishings. However, we quickly noticed a number of issues with maintenance that were communicated to the property manager. To their credit, they responded quickly with regards to these maintenance items. However, it was disappointing that these issues or even present to begin with. It was clear that the property was not being inspected in between guests. The dishwasher does not work properly. This was clearly evident, as there were a number of knives that still had food stains and grease on them. They were also multiple silverware items that still had food residue and grease that required handwashing upon our arrival. The master bathroom closet light did not function, nor did the ventilation fan in the master bathroom. The majority of the property was clean however it was clear that there were areas under the couch and other seating that were not vacuumed. The television had what appeared to be basic cable. However, it was not able to connect to Netflix or Amazon video. Two of the remote controls for the televisions in the smaller bedrooms were broken. Overall, still a comfortable property, but clearly some quality control issues with maintenance that could be improved.
