Professionally Decorated Peregrine Point Steps to Lifts

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Unit 201) is located on the 2nd floor of Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.

Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living and dining spaces and the deck features views of the main plaza towards to the slopes.

There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

Bed Configuration:
Master - King (TV) (main level)
2nd - Queen (TV) (main level)
3rd - Queen (main level)
Main Living Space - Queen blow up mattress (w/pump)

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Great Huge Condo with every amenity

I was shocked how big this condo was, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the kitchen has every utensil you could need and more. Great location, walk right out to the lifts, hot tub and pool.

Outstanding!

Location is awesome! Condo is very nicely laid out. The only thing it lacked was hot tub access. Three bedrooms were great, as were the bathrooms with plenty of hot water.

Wedding stay

It was great. Location was perfect for my parents to catch the shuttle up to Dantes for my for my daughters wedding. The drain in the master suite needs some work as it is slow to drain.

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for us. Great location, easy access, covered/secured parking. It was a really beautiful condo and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. When we arrived the blinds on the sliding glass door appeared broken, but were just not connected at the top, so we fixed them. Someone must have reported it, because the next day a repairman arrived to fix them, but we had already taken care of it. The only thing we didn't get was the code to enter the front door of the building so we had to go through the parking garage.. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient.

Nice large condo

It was nice and had everything we needed for a short stay. We paid $180.00 for a cleaning fee which was fine but then they had an envelope to tip the housekeepers. Shouldn’t $180.00 have gone to them? If not, where is that extra fee going? The front door code was not provided and this made it difficult for my guests that parked in the lot enter the building. Other then that we were very happy. The unit itself was beautiful and well appointed.

Great Condo! Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there with our grandchildren so the location was perfect for walking to the resort center for activities. The view was good. Just a couple of things kept it from being perfect. The pillows are the master bed were very hard but the second night we found some somewhere else and switched them out. We could have used some TV instructions. A later check out time, 11:00 or 12:00, would have allowed us to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and take in our last look at the peaceful surroundings. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
