Welcome in our studio apartment close to the Old town!
Studio apartment has private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, kettle and coffee maker, dining table and chairs. Studio is perfect for all travelers who wish to be close to Old city of Dubrovnik, but still have good base for exploring other parts of town. Accomodates 2 guests in total.
Guests have free parking and free Wi-Fi. Also access on terrace which is floor below and which they can use.

Place is located just 10 minutes away from Pile Gate - main entrance to the Old Town andin this area you can find stores, bars as well as a bus station 5 minute walk away.
The Old town of Dubrovnik is the most known and desirable destination in Dubrovnik. In the past, Old City became an important force in the whole Mediterranean after the 13th century. Although significantly destroyed by the earthquake of 1667, Dubrovnik managed to keep and preserve its Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces, and fountains.Today inside the Walls you have almost everything that you might need: cultural sights, cinemas, galleries theaters, lots of cafes, and restaurants.
During the day it is pretty much crowded with tourists and domestic people, and music from bars and restaurants during the night is not the first option for those who are seeking peace and a quiet place to stay. Despite that Old Town of Dubrovnik offers liveliness and charm that you cannot find in other parts of Dubrovnik.
Stradun, the main street in Old City is only 300 m long but offers the most famous sights as you walk along the way. Onofrio's Fountain, the Franciscan Monastery, the Sponza Palace, Orlando's Column, the Rector's Palace, the Dubrovnik Cathedral and Treasury, the Church of St. Vlaho, Synagogue, Marin Držić House, Ethnographic Museum Rupe, Aquarium...
The most impressive sight is well preserved, City Walls. Only 2 km long and 25 m high used to be protected in the past. The most important and well-preserved 5 fortresses give a unique shape to this Old town. Those are Fort of Minčeta, Revelin, Bokar, St. John, and outside Lovrjenac.
Traffic is forbidden inside the Walls and parking is almost mission impossible in case you decide to stay as much as closer to the Old City...

Great apartment

The location is excellent, only 10 min away walking from the old town. The apartment is in a very quiet area and with a beautiful view. The room is spacious and has a balcony, a big closet and fridge. There is also good parking space and the instructions for self check in are clear.

Apartment with great location/price -value.

Great location - walking distance from the Old Town (from Old Town it is uphill though). Local bus stops nearby so it was easy to see different parts of Dubrovnik. Quiet neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and answered questions quickly. Room had all the basic things we needed.

High-end vacation!

Had a very nice stay in the clean and comfortable apartment. It offers everything you need. Has a nice little place to sit outside. The Check in was very easy and flexible. The host was very helpful and always available and gave very clear instructions and quick answers. The only thing which could be improved is that the apartment can get pretty warm (during July) even though there is an A/C. Besides that we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely book again!

A second honey moon in Dubrovnik

The hosts were very helpful in a situation, which was not under their control even before we reached the property and we are really grateful for their advice and help. The location was quite nice, Dubrovnik's Old Town is about 15-20 minutes walk. The room was quite bigger than we expected, it took a while for the air conditioning to cool the room, but afterwards it was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy and we had all the things we needed for our stay. The check-in is very practical and you get all the information you need when booking. There was a spot waiting for us at the parking lot in front of the house. A really great experience, thank you DUBROVNIK HAUS suites!

Book the Dubrovnik HAUS Suites - you’re treated more like family than just guests!

My stay at Dubrovnik HAUS Suites in September 2023 was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions. But what really made my stay special was the host, Nevi. She was so kind and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time. When I got sick, she went out of her way to get me medicine and make me breakfast in bed. She also gave me great recommendations for things to see and do in Dubrovnik. I highly recommend Dubrovnik HAUS Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Dubrovnik. Nevi is a fantastic host, and she will make sure that you have a memorable stay. Special note: I was especially grateful to Nevi for her kindness when I was sick. She made me feel so much better, and it was clear that she really cared about my well-being. I will never forget her hospitality.

Construit accolé à une maison, l'hébergement, l'aménagement, les équipements, les ustensiles constituent un ensemble hétéroclite, dépareillé, détérioré (meuble cuisine, meuble salle de bain, prises murales, robinet évier, ventilateur oscillant qui n'oscille pas, abattant du WC.....) ou en panne comme la climatisation (32,5° à l'arrivée puis 33,5 après 4 h de fonctionnement sur 20° !! puis 28,5° après une nuit avec un réglage à 14° !!!). Pas de personnel, tout se passe par mail ou WhatsApp mais au final ne pose pas de problème. Visiblement, l'objectif est de faire le maximum de bénéfice avec le minimum de dépenses pour assurer un confort et une prestation convenables aux clients.
