Welcome to our Sarasota home. This is not just a rental but a home where we ourselves spend as much time as possible. For this reason the reality is even better than the pictures!

Our spectacular waterfront views which are uninterrupted are of the Intracoastal Waterway, located only 1 mile from the South Bridge to Siesta Key and the famous No. 1 beach in the USA.

We purchased the house in January 2016. Following which the house has been fully remodeled including new pool and landscaping. Our wonderful House Manager lives locally and enjoys taking great care of all guests as required.

The house can sleep 5 Guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom providing either a Tub and/or shower. Extensive recent refreshing of the house has taken place with the addition of external front landscape lighting, new air con system, automatic internal shades and new front of house sliders, new Master Shower and many home items upgraded. As our second home, we are constantly upgrading to keep it in wonderful condition. All new furniture in the sitting room just installed.

Our home is made up of:-

Master king bed with huge walk in closet, smart TV, automatic black out blinds and full bathroom with twin sinks, tub and shower

Guest King bed, which can also be split into Twin beds - with smart TV, automatic black out blinds and private shower room

Twin bedroom (1 bed) with large en-suite shower room and has its entrance next to kitchen so it feels nicely private.

New European style kitchen with all necessary appliances for the keen (and not so keen!) cook. There is an excellent range of equipment, cutlery and crockery, as the owners enjoy entertaining.

Ample comfortable seating from which to enjoy TV and free WiFi throughout. There is an excellent cable package with everything available. Adjoining the living room is a separate small office, ideal for those who need to stay in contact. Office desk/chair and printer, excellent Wifi all with unbeatable water views.

The real star of the show is the outdoor living space. A gorgeous heated pool (WINTER heated charges apply if requested) with a submerged built-in seat positioned to give you the best views and even underwater pool lighting and all this is surrounded in beautiful landscaped travertine. At night the lighting around the palm trees brings this area alive.

A great selection of supermarkets are all close by, Publix, Trader Joes and Detweiler, plus excellent restaurants all within a short distance catering for all tastes and budgets.

The house has a Webber gas BBQ with granite top bar which all add to the outdoor experience. There is even fishing from our own dock and a snook light . Ample polywood all weather seating, and dock-post night lights and terrace step lighting make this a wonderful space to enjoy and we also have removable dock steps to assist with the launching of any kayaks etc. Outdoor water and power sockets are also available. This is a fabulously secluded, quiet and private end of canal position - with no-one sharing your space. Beach and pool towels, cart and umbrella all available.

We know how loved family pets are, and we are happy to welcome one dog up to 50lbs. Guests should be aware that the pool, and beyond to the canal water is not fenced off although the rear to front and sides of property are dog secure. Dogs are specifically not allowed to enter the pool, nor be allowed on any furniture.

We keep our own boat on our boat lift year round. There is ample driveway parking but garaging is not available.

This home, given its amazing waterfront view location and the amenities provided is a rare find and we are very lucky to be the custodians of such an amazing place. We look forward to welcoming you!

Pool: Guests should please note that there is an additional charge of US$25 per day to heat the pool - longer stay heating rates can be separately discussed. It should be kept in mind that particularly in cooler Autumn and Winter months, a domestic pool heating system can often battle to maintain pool heat at 84 degrees if we experience continual cool nights. Domestic pool heating systems are not designed to run more than a maximum of 8 hours. We provide a swimming pool and NOT a hot tub! We sadly can not guarantee the weather in any shape or form, so realistic expectations must prevail on pool temperatures. This is not specific to just our pool, but as a general observation and experience here in Sarasota.
