A home for everyone's lifestyle w/ over 2100 sq ft of living, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with jetted tub in master. From the kitchen to the master suite you will not be disappointed. Chef's dream kitchen with high end appliances and large breakfast bar. Walk out to the covered patio, take a dip into your sparkling pool or just relax in the spa. Spa heat is included in the rent. Pool heat is available at your cost and you must notify property manager at time of booking. Has a private backyard with a beautiful view of Lake Havasu. The yard is lavishly landscaped with beautiful palms. Your own private oasis! Paradise found! NO Partiers, this is a quiet family friendly home/neighborhood.

Perfect trip to Lake Havasu

Fantastic house with all we needed for a great trip! Very clean, well appointed, and everything in working order. Great location as well to get to the lake, restaurants, etc. Will definitely return to this home next time we are in Lake Havasu City!

Home away from home!

We stayed a week in Lake Havasu with our 2 adult sons. This house was perfect in every way! The home is very roomy and just feels like home the moment you walk in. We had more than enough space inside and out. The pool and spa is plenty big. The location is not too far from shopping and restaurants. Kelli is amazing to work with and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Awesome experience

This home we visited was perfect very spacious clean the pool Jacuzzi was awesome. Kelly was great. She met us there at the home walked us through showed us how everything worked couldn’t ask for anything else a family and I had a great time. I will definitely visit that home again.

Amazing home with pool / spa and close to Bridge and Riviera!

The home was it perfect condition. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Close to the London Bridge and the Riviera. Kelli was great, stopped by and made sure we new how everything worked. Zero issues! Will stay again in the near future.

Beautiful house

We were absolutely blown away by this property! Beautiful design, amazingly well thought through, master bedroom is very beautiful with a bathroom to die for - jet tub, great shower, lots of vanity space. The pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor area are gorgeous. Location is right by the London Bridge area. Everything is 5 minute max drive away. We’ll be back!

Perfection!

Our families second time staying at this home and I still love every single thing about it. We hated to leave and can’t wait to be back. Kelli is THE best at getting you all set with everything you need and super easy to contact if needed. We’ve been vacationing in Lake Havasu for over 10 years, some years more than once and I’d still take this home over them all. Super clean, everything you could ever need, peaceful, private, roomy….I could go on and on. I can only hope it’s available for our next visit and if it’s ever up for sale we get a shot….love this place!

Havasu Heaven

This home was the nicest home I have ever rented through VRBO in Lake Havasu and I hope to make it our go to rental every time! From the reservation process, the management who was outstanding (thank you!) to the beautiful amenities of the home, we were beyond thrilled with our accommodations! The outdoor area/pool/spa/BBQ all clean and user friendly! Loved the layout of the home, and stocked with everything you could possibly want! The location too was ideal! Can't wait to book this property again soon!!!! 5 STAR ***** If I move to Havasu, can I buy it?

Early May 2023

On arrival, the property was spotless. Everything you may need has been thought of and is available. The communication with Kelli, the property manager, was excellent. She met us at check in and answered all of our questions. She also made herself available if we needed anything during our stay. The backyard is like a resort, we spent most of our time there enjoying the pool and hot tub. Five stars across the board and will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it if you are coming to LHC.

Excellent Stay

Kelli (property manager) was great in communicating throughout the rental process, from the beginning to the end. She was easy to reach by text and email, even for quick questions/assistance. It was great meeting Kelli at the house upon arrival as she provided us with a tour and answered any questions on site. We were impressed with the house as soon as we walked in. The property was clean, beautiful, and provided more than enough household items to cook all meals for 8 people (including 4 hungry teenagers). We have rented houses in the past and found that something was always missing, but that was definitely not an issue here. We enjoyed the pool and view of the lake's 4th of July firework show. We spent most of our time at the house with the exception of two days out on the lake during our 7 day stay. The house provided more than enough room for 8 people. We would highly recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here in the future.

Spring Break Family Trip

My family of four enjoyed our stay in March 2021. The home was in a great location and gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home was one-story, perfect for getting around easily with no steps to deal with. Both of my teenage sons had their own spacious rooms and shared a full bath. My husband and I enjoyed the Master suite, with a huge master bath and walk-in closet. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom, TVs in the bedrooms, plenty of kitchen gadgets and appliances and many special touches all over the home. The garage looked like it was brand new and it was so large and clean. It can fit at least three cars with room to spare. At the end of each of our days at Lake Havasu, we would retreat to the outdoor area and soak in the hot tub - it heated up perfectly after just 30-40 minutes. We enjoyed views of the lake and mountains surrounding the property. My husband commented on the quality of the grill, where one night, we grilled steaks and enjoyed a quiet family dinner. We were also so close to the many outdoor offerings this area has, including renting ATVs, renting a ski boat, visiting the English village and dining outdoors watching the daily boat parades and viewing the historic, original London Bridge. Kelli, the booking agent was attentive and professional and welcomed us to the home upon our arrival. She showed us all around the home, pointing out how to work the hot tub, obtaining the free Wifi, and she even offered to give us referrals for restaurants or anything we may be interested in doing during our stay. The homeowner left a sweet note and said we could take one of the special painted rocks - a Lake Havasu tradition of spreading kindness; we took one with the cacti painted on it since we love the Southwest so much. We will remember this trip for years to come as some many memories were made and my entire family really got away from it all in this little slice of paradise.

Awesome stay in this beautifully decorated, comfortable home, inside and out! one of the cleanest homes I’ve rented. Kelli, the property manager was exceptional in professionalism and attention to needs. We ate meals out but everything one would have wanted in the way of pots, pans, appliances, grill, etc was there. Pool and spa was my favorite part…top notch patio, pool, landscaping and design and outdoor patio wall tv with stereo made it heavenly.

Exceptional experience!

The property was clean, beautiful, had spices in the kitchen, but we loved the air fryer! Beach towels were nice, pool was warm and spa was heated. All questions were answered and easy checking and check out. We will be back!

Simply Amazing!

This house offers comfortable entertainment areas and beds, with spacious rooms and a well stocked kitchen (appliances, dishes, food storage, bakeware, pota and pans, and utensils). Outdoor entertainment area was a hit with the kiddos and where they spent the majority of their time. The pool was the warmest we have had yet for October in Havasu and was enjoyed by all day and night. This house is a 10 out of 10 for location, amenities and cleanliness!

Truly Exceptional

We have enjoyed traveling and staying in many VRBO homes over the years, but this property was truly exceptional. This trip/stay was a Wedding Anniversary getaway for us. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and exquisitely furnished with everything necessary from kitchen, bath, entertainment, etc. Outside, the pool, spa, lighting, and ample seating areas have been so very well planned for comfort. Watching sunsets light up the sky over Lake Havasu couldn’t be better to ease into the evening. Kelli, our host, met us at the property upon arrival and gave us a welcoming tour to point out all of the home features and supplies… thank you so very much Kelli for being a really great host! We couldn’t be happier with finding this property and our stay.
