Well-furnished holiday cottage with 3 separate sleeping sections. Each section has its own bathroom and there is an extra bathroom adjacent to the pool area. The living room is tastefully furnished with flat screen TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and wood-burning stove. All 8 bedrooms have box mattresses. 2 large and spacious mezzanines, one with beds and one with bean bags and TV. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, darts and table tennis. The kitchen has 2 fridges, 1 freezer and 3 dish washers.The pool room is provided with both an 18 m² large swimming pool with a water-slide, counter-current system, large built-in whirlpool and a 4-6 persons sauna. On the large plot there are swing, sandpit and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There are 2 pcs. 57 cm ball grill. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
