The pool area features a 20 m² swimming pool, where both children and adults can spend many enjoyable hours playing and splashing around. Two of the bathrooms include hot tubs, offering the perfect place to relax after an active day in the beautiful nature of North Zealand. The activity room offers table football, billiards, and electronic darts. The house is equipped with several TVs in different areas, as well as a PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Wii. The dining and living area is tastefully furnished and includes a stereo system with CD player, TV, Blu-ray player, and a high chair for children. The well-designed kitchen features a large refrigerator, freezer, two dishwashers, and two stoves, providing ample space for cooking and meal preparation. The house is very spacious and well laid out, built around two separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom and five bedrooms. In addition, there is an extra bedroom with an en-suite bathroom connected to the living area. An energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump is installed. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day and grill dinner in the evening. There is also an outdoor hot tub, sauna, and a screened outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a trip to the beach. Furthermore, there is a fire pit with seating, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the warmth on an autumn evening. Not rented to youth groups. The deposit must be paid at the office in cash or via the link you received with your booking.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
