With its convenient location and proximity to various attractions, our one-bedroom home is the perfect starting point for an unforgettable adventure.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. You can also access a furnished yard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Ílhavo neighbourhood is located in Ílhavo, a municipality in Aveiro District, Portugal. It is known for its charming coastal setting and proximity to the Ria de Aveiro, a beautiful lagoon with diverse flora and fauna. The neighbourhood offers a mix of residential areas, shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Visitors can explore the historic town centre, visit the iconic Ílhavo Maritime Museum, and enjoy leisurely walks along the waterfront. With its tranquil atmosphere and natural beauty, the Ílhavo neighbourhood is delightful to live in or visit.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Ilhavo (Jardim Henriqueta Maia), is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 1-hour 5-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
