It is an apartment on the second floor with an elevator, with central
heating and air conditioning. It is a small farm with few neighbors, a
few meters from the Bassa Rodona beach and close to shops, restaurants
and services.

* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
