Villa Teresann features 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 single), 2 bathrooms with showers (one inside and one outside next to the jacuzzi), a spacious living room furnished with sofas and a dining table, an equipped American kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), and a laundry room. The bedrooms are decorated with wallpaper in shades of yellow and blue, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, an iron, a hairdryer, and 2 electric mosquito repellent systems. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
