We enjoyed the home and it’s location The beds are very uncomfortable I had to go buy a topper so I could stand the king bed downstairs and my niece chose to sleep on the sofa cause the twin beds were too hard and felt like springs poking through the hot tub worked great for three days then wouldn’t bubble and the property mngr told me twice to remove a cap that would not come off… other than that it was a very nice home.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the villa and its location. We’re sorry the beds weren’t as comfortable as we would have liked. Since your stay, we’ve replaced both the downstairs king mattress and the twin mattresses to improve our guests’ comfort. We’re also sorry you experienced an issue with the spa. The fault was investigated following your stay and has since been resolved. We really appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve the experience for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. 😊🏡

House in great location, approximately 25-30 minutes to Disney. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great size with ample room for our family of 7. Loved the pool table! Hot tub and pool didn’t start working until 3 days before we checked out , house is nice but very outdated , pots and pans are very old , laundry is in the garage looks like they never clean around it very dirty , microwave could need a replacement, mattresses are old I could feel the springs now very comfortable, management was very unpleasant to speak took , on top of that they wanted to charge me extra for stuff that was already broken good thing I took pictures and videos once I arrived to the house , also wanted to blame me for stain in carpet when the carpet has many stains around the house I also took pictures off , the owner always responded to my messages that I’ll give her a 5 start but she has bad property management for her house so I don’t blame her for the house condition. The good thing about the house it’s very spacious for a family of 10

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you found the house spacious and suitable for your family. We would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your review so that future guests have an accurate understanding. The pool and hot tub heating issue was reported and a technician attended on Saturday, the same day, and the issue was resolved and the case closed. On Wednesday, you advised that the heating was not working again and stated that no one had attended, however the property manager had attended and spoken with the children at the house. Once the issue was raised again on Wednesday, the property manager explained the system and the matter was resolved. We also note that guests are asked to report any issues directly to the local property management team using the contact details in the guest guide so that problems can be resolved quickly. In this case, several concerns were raised after hours rather than through the reporting process, which led to emergency call-outs. After check-out, the property manager documented that the home required additional cleaning and reported several damages, including a missing TV remote from the kids’ room, a broken footstool, damage to a bathroom vanity surface, and a missing power point frame. These were documented immediately after departure and were not present prior to the stay. We always aim to communicate politely and professionally and to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We also appreciate your feedback regarding some household items and are continuing to make updates and improvements to the home. Thank you again for your feedback and we are glad the size of the home suited your group.

Sobre o anfitrião

Anfitrião: Hollie Button-Stokes

Imagem do perfil do anfitrião

We fell in love with the Orlando area years ago, and like many families, we dreamed of a place where magical memories could be made both inside and outside the theme parks. After many vacations of our own travelling from home in the UK, we finally found the perfect home and carefully renovated it to create a space that combines comfort, fun, and relaxation.

Our villa has been lovingly updated with modern upgrades in 2023–2025, including a brand-new roof, a completely renovated pool and spa (with sparkling sea-blue tiles and playful sea animals for the kids to “find”), and plenty of cozy touches inside. We’ve thought about families of all sizes whether you’re winding down after Disney with a soak in the bubbly spa, watching a movie on the outside TV, or reading from our children’s book collection in the living room.

We work with a small, dedicated property management team who know the home inside and out. That means you’ll always be looked after with personal care and attention, not just treated like a booking number.

For us, this isn’t just a rental property - it’s a place where our family makes memories, and we’re excited to share it with yours.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

As lifelong theme park fans, being close to the magic of Disney and Orlando’s attractions was essential for us. But just as important was finding a haven where we could truly relax after a busy day at the parks. Cumbrian Lakes gave us exactly that balance - a quiet, spacious retreat surrounded by nature, yet only minutes away from the action.

We especially love our pool and deck area, which is extremely private and lets us enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee or fun afternoons in the sun, all with a backdrop of natural beauty.

The community itself also gives us peace of mind. Cumbrian Lakes is a gated neighborhood with CCTV monitoring at the entrance, offering both security and a welcoming atmosphere for families.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Newly Renovated Pool & Spa (2025): Sparkling glass sea-blue tiles that shimmer in the sun, with fun sea-animal tiles hidden in the water — kids love “finding Nemo and friends.” Our spa has also been upgraded with stronger bubbles for the ultimate relaxation.

Extra Privacy Outdoors: Unlike many Kissimmee homes, our pool and deck area are extremely private, backing onto natural surroundings rather than another pool screen.

Family-Friendly Touches: From a library of children’s books in the living room to themed bedrooms, we’ve designed the home with kids (and parents) in mind.

Modern Comforts: Recent upgrades (2023–2025) include a brand-new roof, refreshed furnishings, and reliable Wi-Fi, plus cable TV and even an outdoor TV for poolside movie nights.

Personal Care: Managed by a small, dedicated local team who know the home inside and out so you’re never just “another booking.”

Secure Community: Located in the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, with CCTV-monitored entry for peace of mind.
