Executive 5 Bed 4 Bath Villa - South Facing Pool & Spa only 15 mins from Disney

We welcome you to stay at our villa situated on the gated community of The Shire a peaceful high end community at West Haven. It is ideally placed for all of central Floridas attractions. The Disney Parks are only 15 minutes away, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Legoland are within easy reach.
You are also ideally placed for some of the best shops, bars and restaurants that central Florida has to offer.
The beautiful sand and sea of the gulf coast is not too far away and on the east coast you will find the beaches of Cocoa beach and Daytona and also the space centre.
Our villa has a spacious family room with a large luxurious leather corner settee and separate armchair. You will find a 60 inch flat screen HD TV which has a DVD player and Xbox attached. The family room joins up with the open plan kitchen where you will find an island, a breakfast table with four chairs and there is also a breakfast bar with three bar stools.
The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances - cooker, microwave, fridge freezer (with water and ice cube dispenser) and dishwasher. The formal lounge and dining area adjoins the kitchen and family lounge. It has an eight seat dining table and two sofas (one of which converts into a double bed).
Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with bathroom which has a walk in shower, toilet and hand-basin, this can also be reached from the family lounge.
The garage has been converted into a games room which has a slate bed American pool table, bar football and air hockey.
Through the patio door off the kitchen/family room you access the lanai pool area, where you will find a dining table with six rattan chairs, a free to use BBQ (just supply your own gas) and six contemporary sun loungers with cushion pads. The swimming pool and spa have coloured lights which light up at night. Pool and spa heat is an optional extra.
Upstairs the Master suite and guest king bedroom open onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and conservation area.
The master suite has a huge en-suite with a walk in shower, two hand basins, a bath, a separate toilet and there is also a massive walk in dressing room (which could be used as a nursery).

Upstairs you will also find two twin bedrooms which can be made up for boys, girls or adults.
There is a family bathroom with toilet, hand basin and bath with shower over and also there is the laundry room with washing machine and drier, you are provided with ironing board and iron.
All bedrooms have TVS.
At the clubhouse which is free to use for our guests (a $50 refundable deposit for the entry card is required) you will find two tennis courts, ping pong table, gym, beach volley ball and a large outdoor pool.
