Thank you Hellen for your review. We're glad your stay was comfortable. We have the bed on bed risers to allow guests to place their suitcases under the bed to optimize their space in the bedroom. Though we are sad to hear of your experience, we always prefer guests to please reach out immediately if any problems arise no matter what time of day or how little the issue is. We have resources and personnel in place to respond to ensure your vacation is a positive experience. We hoped that our description of the property was clear, but to clarify any misconception, we have added the square footage of the space to the listing. We were surprised to hear that our kitchen wasn't stocked to your satisfaction. We have had previous guests state otherwise, but we will take another look to be sure we haven't missed anything. Replacement of the bikes had been put in motion, but with delivery delays they are scheduled to arrive by February. We do not have a designated dining room, however, the porch is enclosed allowing for a bistro table for two which we thought was a good use of the space. We take great pride in our vacation rentals and use them quite frequently ourselves. We do apologize that we did not meet all your expectations and we appreciate your feedback and will use it to address all of your suggestions.
